The item you purchased is a custom MOC set rather than a mass-produced product, so we are unable to ship it immediately after your order. We also explained this to you in our previous emails, and we did send you a shipping notification once your package was dispatched.
Since the weekend is our day off, the email reply is delayed. We understand that waiting can be inconvenient, and we are working hard to improve our production and shipping times for future orders. Your support means a lot to us, and we hope you will give us another chance to serve you better.
Great customer service
I ordered a 1/35 scale fighter jet set from this site and the quality of parts were really good. There were a few missing pieces at first but after contacting them, they quickly sent me the missing pieces free of charge.
Despite the missing parts originally, there was no other problem.

They have great service. Friendly, quick and useful. The bricks have okay quality as they can be hard to press together and the axels can be very tricky to slide stuff on to.

I’ve gotten a few items on separate transactions with Letbricks. They are very prompt and professional. Brick quality is excellent with little to no issues.
If any issues arise, I’ve contacted their customer service and they helped address and resolve them in a very satisfactory manner.

I now see why they “retired” this set
When I saw the beautiful medieval windmill, I just had to buy it for my medieval collection, and it was a steal at only $65!
Wrong.
This is the worst designed thing I’ve EVER seen. While it does look cool in the end, if you just breath on it or even look at it cross eyed, it falls apart. I’ve never seen anything so badly built. On top of that, every single windmill pane is unusable because they came permanently bent in half.
I’m ONLY giving this thing 2 stars because in the end it does look nice. But there’s no playing with it at all.

The set had missing parts
The set had missing parts, i reached out to support, the support just said that they are out of stock and gave me websites where i could get the parts, the price would be 45$ per piece...
