Leetchi is a conartist, a scam, thieves!
For 3 whole months I am waiting for my money!
They are trying to steal 970 euros from me for a charity cause, how dare they! They reject the emptying of the money pot for NO REASON!!
NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES!
I demand my 970 euros IMMEDIATELY, TODAY or I am opening a court case with disgusting LEETCHI!!!!!!!!!

We created a money-pot for a colleague who was leaving. When trying to login to the Leetchi account to send the moneypot / contributions, the login now doesn't work (error message) and the password reset also does not work.
Emails to the company have gone unanswered and phone does not connect.
This is unacceptable service. We need to be able to access the account to forward the moneypot, but Leetchi seem intent on keeping me out of the account and do not respond.

Very bad experience with this website, What a SCAM! What a WAST of TIME.

We raised money to feed and give vaccines to street dogs in our community in Thailand. First of all, leetchi.com's website was “error” all the time so no access to the account to feed new pics and comments on our project. We were not able to market our fundraising properly and very poor results in donations at the end.
But when we tried to get the money out, this is where the real problems arrived. Not possible to transfer the funds in Thailand.
I asked to transfer the fund to my father’s bank in France. But here again, big issue with many justification with invoices and quotations to buy dog food. But again not possible because guess what our invoices are in Thai language (of course we are in Thailand, idiot) and it cannot be accepted.
The solution? I have to ask my father to make a fake quotation in French to get our 200 Euros funds. What a joke!! Sorry Leetchi.com I don’t do that.
I know it is for safety reason so I do not launder money or use to support terrorism or pedocrimes. What you want me to do with 200 Euros? Can I get a RPG for 200 Euros on the black market, please let me know!!
So just go f...k yourself to be polite and give back the money to the ones who tried to help.

As in the other cases commented on below, we were collecting some money to buy one of our colleagues a farewell present. When we tried to transfer the money to my account, the bank transfer was rejected with no apparent reason. Of course, we have not received any reply when trying to contact them through email. We’ve had to advance the money ourselves to get the gifts in time. What a nightmare of a platform… it certainly goes to show that it is doing exactly the opposite of what it is trying to facilitate

I WISH I HAD READ ALL THESE REVIEWS I WOULD HAVE NEVER USED THIS PLATFORM.
If only I could NOT add a star I WOULD! SO STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLATFORM! What a SCAM! What a TIME WASTER! I raised funds with family and friends for a very small organisation which helps young orphans in Africa and we managed to collect 519€ to provide them with pads for a good year or so but unfortunately these SCAMMERS have been delaying things and are still trying to find reasons not to pay the money. What a shame!
If only I knew, I would have used « Go fund me » as a friend of mine did. And luckily for her she got the funds and blessed another orphanage.... meanwhile I am still waiting... and it’s been already 2months! But I will definitely used legal help to sort this out!
SHAME ON YOU LEETCHI!

For all who live outside of France like myself who is based in the UK please take my advice and find a similar company based in your country, nearly a month since I was due the money had to pay from my own finances to not let others down while I try and obtain the funds I’m owed and they do everything they can to delay and hold back the money. Honestly disgusted with their service, support and company values wish I could rate them -5*

Wanted to withdraw from my money pot,it said i should upload my id a thousand times, and when i finally did, it said my country in Africa is not supported therefore my id is invallid

Nachdem ich hier eine schlechte Bewertung hinterlassen habe, reagierte der Kundenservice prompt und antworte auf meine E-Mail-Anfrage. Allerdings ist die Taktik wohl, Kund*innen so lange zu zermürben, bis sie auf die Auszahlung verzichten. Inzwischen habe ich ca. 7 Mails hin und her geschrieben mit immer haarsträubenderen Forderungen. Nachdem wir uns geeinigt hatten, auf welchen Konto das Geld ausgezahlt werden konnte (es ist war nicht möglich, das Geld auf mein privates Konto auszahlen, wir konnten uns dann aber darauf einigen, dass ich es an eine gemeinnützige Organisation spende - ärgerlich, aber in dem Fall bei der Summe verkraftbar), wollten sie die Kontodaten der Organisation. Okay, hingeschickt. Dann wollten Sie das ganze als PDF. Okay, alles in ein PDF konvertiert, wieder hingeschickt. Danach war es dann der genaue Name der Bank. Wieder hingeschickt - mal sehen, was jetzt noch kommt. Es wäre so viel einfacher, wenn Leetchi von Anfang an sämtliche Bedingungen in einer Mail benennen würde... Ich bin echt verärgert!

Requested a bank transfer and they refused it (without notifying me through email or anything) and I did not even get a refund in my money pot. Result? Losing huge amounts of money for no reason at all. Do not use this fund-raising platform. Ever. It’s a scam

Requested a bank transfer and received an email:
"We regret to inform you that your bank transfer request has been refused." And NOTHING on why and what I should do now. Looks like a scam :(((

Using Leetchi the worst thing you can do if you have an emergency and you are looking to collect money to help someone, this is the worst platform to do so; overall customer experience is negative, it feels like they go around and around hoping that you just get tired and leave the money there... MAKE SURE you find another place to host your money pot.

Have been trying for over a week to upload ID and keep getting the same message that its not possible due to "a technical reason". Tried calling the phone number to be told its no longer in use. Have emailed customer services to receive an automated email saying they are "under resourced" and will come back to me at some point? Really not very satisfactory and dreadful customer service.

I created pot for my daughter, but can't open the link to start the deposits, they say that pot is not available, and neither can delete the pot. Who will take money?? Because I can do nothing with this!

After 6 months I still try to find out if Leetchi is a well set fraud. Colleagues raised money as a gift. After 6 months and at least 5 different persons trying to transfer the money to the bank account, the money are still on Leetchi. The verification can not be completed as every time we upload a document, the website redirects to nowhere. We will address an accountant and a lawyer if needed. A totally waste of time and money.

I have opened an online crowdfunding site at this site.by the recommendation of one of my friend.
so,i had some Euros in my money pot so when i was requesting for bank transfer i got to know that i can only withdraw my money in the account which is in (SEPA) countries.so i have requested on leetchi.com to transfer my money to an account of my friend who lives in switzerland .By mistake I have also changed the beneficiary name from my name to my friend's name
.whose account I am using to withdraw my money.I have also changed my campaign name by adding my friends name as I thought it will be more helpful for withdrawal.

i have done these changes because of lack of information and knowledge.because i have done this first time in my life.
during the request for money transfer to bank i have used the all Bank details of my Swiss friend.
for making sure that every details i fill should be correct i have asked there support team too and i have got it from one of there team .but i didnt read one email in which i was informed to not changing beneficiary name and without reading that mail i have changed it .i accept my mistake ,may be this is the reason of unsuccessful transaction.but i don't know .
I think Switzerland comes in (SEPA) country as I read the details.
below is the email which i have got from there support for the transaction details.it says the reason of unsuccessful transaction is
" Reason being is that, unfortunately, your bank refused the transfer". But my friend call to bankand the bank said they did not had any money tranfer request.please kindly explain me the reason so i can help you to provide all the details which you require for clarity.i trust my friend that when she receive my money in her account she will send it to me .so please ask anything if want to me or my friend.

My friend called her bank and the bank said they don't had any requests for money pot transfer.so please kindly help me to have solution for transferring my money to my friend's account.

PLease feel free to ask any details to me or my friend for the solution of this transfer issue.Its the money collected by my friends who want to help me in this pandemic time in India as u know the bad situation in India.
I still have faith that I will have positive response.
I am updating my review the money transfer 2nd time cancelled too.

This platform requires excess information, I think this is a breach in GDPR. The money transfer process from the leetchi fund to the bank account is long and frustrating. I had to provide many documents and translate it to english with certified translators, so I incurred additional expenses. Do not reccommend even to my enemy.

Leetchi antwortet nicht auf meine e-mail oder anrufe ich habe eine Spende gesammelt von über 700€ dann wollte ich das Geld an mein Konto überweisen dann hieß ses dass die die Überweisung storniert wurde ohne Grund , dann habe ich es erneut überwiesen das selbe und dann kommt noch dazu dass meine sammelkasse blockiert wurde obwohl ich alles richtig gemacht habe sämtliche emaillierten geschickt alles . Jetzt habe ich eine Anzeige erstattet wegen Betrug und es geht an die Krippo weiter , alles nur Betrug sowas habe ich noch nie erlebt

Although I uploaded my documents two weeks ago they still could not validate them. I don't know what I will do with the pots I created. There is nothing that shows me the account validation progress whatsoever. It keeps asking me the documents, although I already sent them.
