Virement refuse sans raison

J'ai recu un email pour me dire que le virement a ete refuse, mais sans information precise et sans offrir de solution alternative.
Je ne suis plus residente en France donc pas de compte bancaire francais mais j'ai un compte bancaire TransferWise pour les virements en zone euro. Je ne sais pas comment faire pour recevoir l'argent et impossible d'avoir quelqu'un au telephone. J'ai envoye un email mais je n'ai pas eu de reponse.

This company rejected also my ID, it is a SCAM, Please be aware that they will reject your ID all the time. I asked them to refund the money to the person who sent me the gift. No answer from them yet

Beware if you are in US and want to use this service

I am in the US and am collecting funds from French colleagues for a coworker in US. It was not clearly stated when setting up the money pot that there is no way for a US originator or beneficiary to collect the funds. Why isn't Amazon a Leetchi partner in US if it one of the partners elsewhere? How can these funds be collected for our coworker? Can I transfer the money pot originator or beneficiary name to one of my French colleagues so that she can use the funds to purchase from one of the partner vendors? Giving 2 stars because I expect a good resolution to my issue and that Leetchi will allow access to our money. Leetchi, please reply to this post or the message sent via your site. How does a US citizen collect/spend the funds collected? Beware when using this service!

Update after response from Customer Support: Although I would caution US citizens from initiating a money pot on Leetchi, the customer support group was very responsive to my concerns. As a US citizen, I could not spend the money pot, however I was able to "spend" the money by selecting to send the funds to a French colleague. She will then be able to deposit in her bank or make purchases through an associated partner in France. I am satisfied with this solution however I recommend Leetchi should make this limitation known when a US citizen initiates the money pot.

What an absolute scam. Do NOT use.

What an absolute scam! This used to be a legitimate service about 6 years ago and it was great! I decided to use it earlier this month for a work colleague’s birthday gift. And I still haven’t been able to access the funds from the pot after uploading my ID documents (which they still haven’t verified) I’ve contacted them via their “support portal” 3 times. And still no response.

And “Alice” if you read this, how about you actually do something about mine and these people’s complaints below, instead of saying you’ll “pass on the feedback” to someone else.

What you’re doing is shameful, and your business shouldn’t be operating if you’re going to scam people out of their money.

An utterly useless tool. Stick to PayPal.

Get this matter resolved immediately and I will be more than happy to update my review of this service.

Stay away from Leetchi!

Do not open any pot with leetchi! I have opened a money pot to get a gift for a colleague leaving the company and I cannot get the money to actually buy the gift! The bank transfer has been refused twice for no reason (they say my bank refused the transfer but that can't be and if my bank had had any doubts they would have contacted me). I have contacted their help center but no one ever gets back to me! Shame on you leetchi!

Für mich wurde ein Spenden Aufruf…

Für mich wurde ein Spenden Aufruf gemacht von dem Freund meiner Mutter, das ganze war im Juli 2021. Seit do wurde weder Geld ausbezahlt noch kommt eine Reaktion von Leechi. Leider sehr unseriös. Wir haben dann voller Schrecken fest gestellt das man im Internet sehr viele Opfer findet, denen es auch so geht. Er hat mehrfach versucht ab zu buchen und hat Euch mehrere Mails gemacht, keine einzige wurde beantwortet. Jedes mal heisst es auch das Pass wort muss geändert werden. Update 23.11 21
Wir konnten nach 3,5 Monaten und viel mühe das Geld Abbuchung. Das alles ging viel zu lange und hat auch erst geklappt, nach dem ich hier ne Beschwerde Abgegeben habe....

Auszahlung mit dubiosen Forderungen verbunden! Achtung!

Vor kurzer Zeit startete ich für einen guten Freund aus Indonesien einen Spendenaufruf um Geld für die Bezahlung der Mietkosten der Familie, welche stak von der Pandemie betroffen ist, zu sammeln. Der Familie steht nämlich die Räumung bevor.
So weit, so gut. Die Sammelaktion war erfolgreich, nun stehen wir vor der Auszahlung, welche höchst dringlich ist! Allerdings ist diese aus nicht nachvollziehbaren Gründen laut den automatisierten Mails von Leetchi plötzlich nicht möglich.
Ich begann zu recherchieren und stieß sofort auf viele Rezensionen von Personen denen das Selbe widerfahren ist.
Bevor ich mit bösen Behauptungen und wilden Spekulationen beginne, möchte ich nochmals versuchen mir über Trustpilot Gehör zu verschaffen und fordere Leetchi auf unmittelbar mit mir Kontakt aufzunehmen und das Problem sachlich zu lösen. Andererseits werden auch wir rechtliche Schritte unternehmen um Gerechtigkeit walten zu lassen.
Wir appellieren auf ethisch humane Werte und möchten daran erinnern dass es hier um das Leben von Menschen und nicht um Zahlen geht!

Update:
Da ich keinen umständlichen Bürokratischen Krieg zwischen Indonesischen, Österreichischen und Französischen Papieren ausfechten wollte, habe ich Leetchi umgehend aufgefordert das Geld an die Spender zurück zu erstatten. Der Support hatte darauf schnell geantwortet und das Geld wurde binnen einer Woche auf die Konten der Spender zurück gebucht. Mit den Spendern nahm ich persönlich Kontakt auf um mir das Geld dann direkt zu überweisen, denn in der Zwischenzeit hatte ich das benötigte Geld demjenigen Freund in Indonesien vorgestreckt.
Ich bin froh, dass das Geld schlussendlich dort angelangt ist wo es hin sollte, dennoch hinterlässt diese Umständlichkeit bei mir einen sehr bitteren Geschmack. Das nächste Mal werde ich mich nach anderen Möglichkeiten umsehen. Ich denke, dass das Problem bei der französischen Bürokratie liegt und deshalb Auszahlungen so kompliziert und verzögert sind. Trotzdem ist es Leechis Job sich bestmöglich darum zu kümmern und solche Eventualitäten im vorhinein genau anzugeben. Nicht erst im letzten Moment den Kunden damit zu konfrontieren!

Leetchi zahlt nicht aus…

Leetchi verifiziert mein Identy Document nicht und reagiert nicht auf Anfragen. Die ID Überprüfung habe ich am 11.10.2021 gestartet. Seitdem steht der Fortschritt auf 2/3 und es geht nicht weiter. Anfragen beim Kundendienst wurden nicht beantwortet.

Es geht immer noch nicht voran. Nach einer Prüfung wurde festgestellt, dass der Upload von Ausweisdaten nicht funktioniert. Daher wurden diese per eMail von mir angefordert. Dieser Aufforderung bin ich nachgekommen. Allerdings passiert trotzdem nichts. Account wird nicht verifiziert.

Update 15.11.2021
Weiterhin kein Fortschritt. Ich habe immer noch keinen Zugriff auf meinen Spendentopf.

Nachdem ich nochmal auf Englisch eine Bewertung geschrieben habe, wurde der Support aktiv. Nun wurde mein Profil verifiziert und ich konnte das Geld überweisen. Deshalb jetzt vielen Dank an den Leetchi-Support.

I can't contact them and I can't use the money !

I have been trying to contact them because they keep refusing my ID. My friends already put the money and I cannot pay any of the gifts for my husband's birthday.

I can't contact them, and they don't want to tell me why my ID was refused (3 times, 3 different pictures, Passport and resident permit were submitted).

Absolutely don't put use their service !

Leetchi is such a scam

Leetchi is such a scam. I’ve opened one Leetchi account for a family event, as I live abroad and wanted to give my family in France a way to participate. At the time, my id was validated. Now I am trying to release the funds and surprise!! My id is now not valid anymore ! Or they find excuses like they need more proofs while I’ve provided all the bank account’s details. And of course, no one answers at their customer service. I am so disappointed and upset about the situation.

SCAM?!?!

my colleagues offered me a farewell for my leaving.
money pot transferred to me the 30/09.
I was already leetchi customer but not verified via an ID. I did the verification on the 11/10, no reply...
contacted the customer service 2 times and no reply.
I absolutely understand the reason of asking an ID... my job is partially related to this, but it is unacceptable that the customer service is so useless and no possible to contact the company a part using an on line form!

Big problems in retrieving our money pot

Big problems in retrieving our money pot!
Unfortunately, as already described by many others here, we have massive problems to receive our money from 2 leetchi pots.
We collected 2 pots to buy our colleagues a farewell present. We tried multiple times to transfer the money to our account, but leetchi is constantly blocking the transfer and coming up each time with a new crazy argument. The customer service takes ages to reply back, if they answer at all. First they say "our bank refused to take the money", but we checked with our bank and they have never been approached by leetchi. Second they said my ID was not approved, which is in their system since long and worked in the past and is marked as approved. When you send a screenshot of all such the customer service just does not reply anymore, as it seems they are running out of crazy arguments to further delay our payment. We want out money back!! Dear Leetchi team, please stay to your values to make customers happy and get our payment done.

Validation of identification

I uploaded my passport since 15 days ago (21/09) but never get any notice. I sent an email to the contact email on the site but have never received any reply.
I raised a funding for my friend's these and I don't know when I can withdraw the money.

First of all, they take 4% for NOTHING and secondly there is soooo much problem to make a transfer. This are not their money but they will make you soo much trouble to make a transfer.... I really do not understand. You supposed to use it to make people life easite and in fact it is easier to make a transfer directlyy to others. Super null!

DO NOT USE LEETCHI AT ALL!!!

Absolute worst service and website in the world. I have never been this furious and angry when dealing with a company in my life.

My best friend had passed away and we created a money pot for him amongst family and friends so we can gather the money and decide on what donation to do or if we can maybe just give the money to his family to help during this difficult time.

After we had raised the funds these fools kept rejecting my withdrawal request and asking for proof or documentation of what we will do with the money as well as the ID of the owner of the charity we will donate to??? I of course said we have no idea as we may use it to build a water plant in his name or donate to an Arts and music charity or even give it directly to his family for them to decide.

Now these very unprofessional and stupid people are not letting us withdraw OUR money that we raised and is currently ruining something a very sweet gesture we were all trying to make in honour of our dearly departed.

Thank you very much for being a very unreliable and horrible service Leetchi! I hope no one ever uses your website again just stick to go fund me guys.
