I have been corresponding with the help desk for over 6 months asking them to release our funds. I have tired to phone and to log in to my account but I cannot reset my password and the phone number doesn't work. I am very worried that we will not receive the funds which are a gift collectively from friends for a birthday.

Unable to get verification
I'm collecting a money pot for a leaving present for my colleague who will leave the company after 4,5 years.
I can't verify my email account and I've sent a message to them asking to fix this but so far no reply.
At this point I'm getting stressed if this is a scam and I should tell my colleagues that they should stop transferring funds to the money pot.
UPDATE: even though the help via the website itself didn't help, I was helped within a day after posting this. Thank you for your assistance!

Outraged! Where is my money !!
I am absolutely terrified and outraged. I used Leetchi for the first time after a friend recommendation, to collect a birthday pot for my partner. I requested the bank transfer over a full week ago and received an automatic communication email saying it would take up to 48 hours to reach my account. I have emailed and phone on several occasions. They have not answered any emails, the phone number on the website doesn’t ever connect or work. Is this a scam?! Have I just lost €580??? Where is my money!!

The customer service isn't answering…
The customer service isn't answering calls at all, nor emails. I can't verify my account as the links I receive lead to an error message. Even though I explained the issue several times in emails and on the website, I still haven't been helped and I keep receiving links that are not working.
Le service client ne repond pas par email et ne repond pas aux appels. je ne peux pas verifier mon compte et la cagnotte est bloquee. les liens de verification que je recois menent a un message d'erreur, et malgre mes nombreux emails. Leetchi m'envoie les memes emails avec les memes liens.

Issue resolved with professionalism and kindness
In early Feb, I wrote a negative review after having encountered an issue on the platform which was not being treated. But we forget that sometimes support teams in any business can be overwhelmed with customer requests so responses can take time. My issue has since been resolved, and with the utmost professionalism and kindness. So here's to the team at Leechti, a +5 stars.

Verifizierung funktioniert nicht
Ich komme mit meiner Vefifizierung nicht weiter.
Habe meinen Personalausweis am 6.2. hochgeladen und seit dem geht es nicht weiter.
Ich kann aber ohne bestätigte Verifizierung das Geld nicht transferieren.
Der Kundenservice reagiert nicht.

Ich habe Leetchi über das Trustpilot-Formular angeschrieben, 2x keine Reaktion.
Beim Facebook wurde die Nachricht nicht gelesen.
Auf meine eMail, die ich in englisch geschrieben habe, bekam ich eine Antwort auf französisch - "Wir haben im Moment sehr viele Anfragen, bitte haben sie Geduld und schreiben sie nicht nochmal."
Bei Instagram wurde ich gebeten den Link zu meinem Moneypot zu schicken.
Dort kam dann folgende Antwort:
"Vielen Dank für das Feedback. Meine Kollegen im Kundenservice haben Ihre diesbezügliche E-Mail erhalten. Ein Mitarbeiter wird sich so schnell wie möglich wieder bei Ihnen melden, um Ihnen zu helfen."

Unsuccessful bank transfer… where has the amount gone?
I used the platform in November for the first time for a birthday gift collection and because the experience went so well, I decided to use it for another birthday collection. 7 days ago, I requested that the amount get transferred to my bank. The transfer was unsuccessful however the amount never re-appeared in my money pot. Where are the €200? I check my Leetchi account on a daily basis, the amount is nowhere to be seen! I have called countless times, and cannot reach anyone. If the money wasn’t transferred to my bank account, it should have automatically been returned to the money pot. Where is it? I’m furious and stressed.

My husband died on December 28th
My husband died on December 28th, 2021 and some friends decided to give me a donation. I was really surprised by this and wasn't expecting it. I got on the site okay, no problems. I was going to do a transaction but needed information to make this happen. Few days later (today Feb 4th) I try and do the transaction as I have the info and a window pops up asking for my email and password. WHY, as I signed on with Facebook (which I shouldn't have done). So I tried to request a password, with email. Still no answer! I already feel like crap, and having to deal with something that doesn't need to be complicated to begin with, is. I want to know why? Also, I wanted to contact you on your Facebook page and that no longer exists. What kind of game is this?

this is the tribute to my husband that mutual friends set up. "Avril - Norbert Tribute" I tried doing a transaction and it was going okay, but I needed to give more information which at that moment I didn't have. Few days after, I had the info, but this time for whatever reason a pop up window came up asking for my email and password. Now, I signed onto Facebook and forgot the email attached to Facebook I have now deleted and upgraded to a protonmail account. Unfortunately I cannot change that email on Leetchi. Also, I thought I was connected to FB and so I used the old email and FB password and it never went through. With all this craziness right now I am unsure whether I made a new acct or not. I sign onto the site connecting to FB and it seems okay but I cannot do any actions. Thanks for your time and help.

Edit: I changed my 1 star review and gave the company a 5 review because they went out of their way to help me. I was worried for a moment because at first I wasn't getting an answer. Thanks Leetchi customer service for your help.

unsuccessful bank transfer - no help available
Dear Sir or Madam,
I just tried to spend the money pot 3 times, with no avail. It says "Unsuccessful Bank Transfer". I used 2 different bank accounts.
The "help" button on the website leads to a login screen. I wasn't able to login.
The phone-number mentioned on the confirmation email is wrong: +44 20 8068 2189
I don't understand French, it seems the phonenumber below "Legal Imprint" changed. I wasn't able to contact the headquarters.

Absolut unseriös, Geld ist nie ausbezahlt worden
Absolut unseriös. Geld wurde nie ausbezahlt, Kontaktaufnahme ist über alle Kanäle nicht möglich. Niemand ist zu erreichen und man bekommt nie eine Antwort. Geld ist weg. Ich verstehe nicht, wie Leetchi seit so langer Zeit die selbe Masche abziehen kann, ohne dass denen die Bude zugemacht wird.

Vorsicht Falle!
Ich möchte die negativen Erfahrungen bestätigen: Die Übertragung des gespendeten Betrages wird ohne Begründung abgelehnt. Ich versuche es nun bereits seit Anfang 2020, unser Geld zu erhalten und werde regelmäßig hingehalten. Ich werde Anzeige erstatten.

Nach meiner Wortmeldung auf Trustpilot ist Leetchi aktiv geworden und hat das Geld überwiesen.

Customer service non-existent
I have tried to contact customer service via the contact form multiple times and by phone but no one picks up the phone and I haven't received any reply to my multiple requests (despite a 5-days reply policy mentioned on the website).
I cannot validate my ID despite uploading it 3 weeks ago and a 24-hours validation policy mentioned by Leetchi.
Eventually, I had to pay 175€ from my own pocket to cover the amount that is currently blocked in my money pot for a farewell present.
I start suspecting this is a scam, especially when I look at the automatic replies from Leetchi on TrustPilot.

Leetchi's non-existent Customer Service
I've submitted a request for assistance 3 time through the Leetchi help centre and via email without a response, even though their website states they will respond within 5 days. I've been waiting for my ID to be validated since 6th January 2022 so I can transfer the funds collected for a retirement gift for a work colleague.

Hello dear People, i really need your help. As i saw the Comments that leetchi set up to our text in trustpilot are just a lie and nobody reach out to me ever. I contacted them so many times, nobody ever showed any reaction. Still my account is blocked, i can't reach my money pot. Do you guys know someone who can help me out with that? Betrug; Spenden werden vom Unternehmen einbehalten ...
... es macht den Eindruck das auf übelste Weise betrogen wird. Meine Spende wurde nicht an den Pot weitergereicht. Es ist niemand erreichbar und das Geld wurde von Leetchie einbehalten. Der Pot hat das Problem mit allen Spenden; leetchie behält einfach das Geld ein. Unvorstellbar und Moralisch nicht in Worte zu fassen; hier gibt es Menschen die dringenst Hilfe benötigen und das dafür spezialisierte Portal behält die Spenden als Unternehmen ein. Gibt es schon von anderer Seite Anwälte die sich damit beschäftigen?

We have created a pot for an urgent humanitarian work for the victims of typhoon Rai in Dumanjug Cebu, and leetchi does want to release the 610€ we have collected. My husband and I have even personally donated to this fundraising. The rest of the donations even came from close friends. I have a verified account. I see that I am not the only one meeting the same issues. Leetchi take the distress of people hostage...
I tried calling them on a UK number but it is a number that doesn't exist. I also tried to reach them in Paris phone line but no answer and I ended contacting them on Facebook messenger and I received a monotonous reply of someone named Alice. But a week has passed nobody got back to me! What is wrong with you leetchi ? I am one step to do a public video on social media to address the problem. Please help spread this message.

Leetchi is a scam.
Suddenly leetchi locked my account and my money pot without any reason after i tried to spend my money from a pot that we organised for a friend . I think it’s a very bad website since they collect and keep money of others, this is criminal, no one is replying when you try to contact them, neither on email, neither on the call center! Does anyone faced the same problem? I need to know if there’s any solution please

Already more than 3days since Alice said that someone is going to get in touch with me, and already one week since the first transfer bank was refused and still not a single explanation about the situation, what a horrible team, and why to lock my account, which company can do this to her own users?
