Je viens hier et aujourd'hui de demander le transfert bancaire du pot pour le départ d'un collègue (325 EUR) et ceci avec 2 IBAN différents au cas où il y aurait réellement un souci avec le premier IBAN/la première banque - même réponse automatique de Leetchi:
"We regret to inform you that your bank transfer request has been refused on Farewell xxx" money pot - We're really sorry about the inconvenience. Reason being is that, unfortunately, your bank refused the transfer. For more information, please contact our customer service ..... ".
Aucune des 2 banques n'a refusé le virement! Je sais maintenant qu'il n'y a nul problème bancaire et que Leetchi ne fait pas le virement.
Je ne reçois pas de réponse à mes emails non plus.
Pour moi, cela ne fait aucun doute: il y a escroquerie et il ne reste plus qu'à porter plainte.
Update 3.6.2022:
J'ai envoyé une mise en demeure avec injonction d'opérer le transfert sous 10 jours sous peine de lancement de poursuites judiciaires.
J'ai maintenant reçu une réponse par email, stipulant que la raison des non-transferts n'est pas celle indiquée dans les emails automatiques (à savoir le refus de ma banque) mais qu'il s'agit d'un refus du prestataire de paiment de Leetchi (!!).
On me demande une photo de ma CNI, bien que déjà fournie en scan lors de l'ouverture du pot.

Wir haben genau dasselbe Problem mit zwei moneypots. Obwohl die Auswahl eindeutig vorsieht dass das Geld auf das eigene Konto überwiesen werden kann, verschanzt sich die Firma hinter Ausflüchten. Obendrein gibt es keine Erklärung, was denn nun zu tun ist, um das Problem zu beheben. Ferner ist die angegebene Hotline gar nicht vorhanden. Es handelt sich hier eindeutig um Betrüger.

Nach meiner Bewertung hat sich über Trustpilot Alice prompt mit der Bitte um Übersendung weiterer Informationen über das Trustpilot-Formular gemeldet, doch auch hier habe ich trotz Übersendung der angefragten Kontaktdaten auch nach drei Tagen keine Nachricht erhalten. Was ich brauche, sind klare Hinweise, wie sich das Problem lösen läßt und das idealerweise in einem direkten Gespräch.

One Word. Terrible.

I have been trying to cash in a money pot for over a year. Yes. A year. The money pot was closed in Apr 2021. Nothing.

It's been one of the most MONUMENTAL wastes of my time, and I'm still trying to get the transfer out.

I've never had to spend so much time following up and asking for something that is rightfully mine. Help team is responsive, except all they are allowed to do is to let me know they can't do anything, and that there are new things I need to do to get the transfer out. Zero flexibility on changing their process to help resolve the issue.

I would not recommend this service to anyone I'd like to maintain a relationship with.

On the other hand, if you'd like to get rid of someone in your life, send them a leetchi pot.

Edit 1: After going through the comments section here and seeing so many people have a terrible experience as well, I'm beginning to suspect Leetchi has cash flow issues, which is making them delay and push back transfers under the "need to validate compliance" to maintain a positive cash balance. I'm also wondering how many people give up on asking for their money, especially for smaller pots that aren't worth all this effort and trouble, which could also fall under helping maintain said positive cash balance.

Update: Nach proaktivem Kontakt vom Support_Center (triggered durch TrustPilot) wurde meine Email verifiziert und das Geld konnte nun transferiert werden.
Daher 4 Sterne.

Obwohl mein Profil verifiziert ist, kann das gesammelte Geld nicht ausgezahlt werden. Angeblich muss meine Email Adresse verifiziert werden. Allerdigs wird mir keine Email zugeschickt, die die Verifizierung ermöglicht, obwohl das System sagt, es wurde eine Email geschickt. Das sieht stark nach Betrug aus.

Malheureusement, je recherche à récupérer les fonds collectés pour la famille ukrainienne que j'accueillais chez moi depuis le 1er avril et rien ne se passe.

Aucun retour de mails, tous les virements sont systématiquement refusés soit sans explication, soit avec demande de documents complémentaires mais pour finalement ne pas aboutir. Je reste sans aucune réponse.

Je suis désespérée et extrêmement déçue car j'avais une bonne image de cette entreprise.

really worse service ever... We had prepared the small cagnotte with a few colleges ... However Leetchi has blocked it and we cannot use any more collected money... With no reason they're asking for proof of the money, where to spend them ... I clearly explained that we need to buy some clothes ( pdf with recipes), they keep asking for proof..it is just 150 euros ... But I'm really shocked that they take money and you cannot take them away

Wir haben Anfang März eine dringende Spendenaktion für eine ukrainische Familie gestartet und Leetchi zur Geldsammlung gewählt. Nach umfangreichen Geldspenden unserer Freunde, kam beim Versuch der Auszahlung des gesammelten Geldes das böse Erwachen. Nach mehrfachen, vergeblichen Versuchen einer Auszahlung, unzähligen Emails mit dem „ServiceClient“, der aufwändigen Besorgung und Einreichung von angeblich notwendigen Unterlagen, gibt es seit drei Wochen keinerlei Reaktion mehr von Leechi.
Das gespendete Geld ist weg. Keinerlei Reaktion von Leetchi. Jetzt bleiben aufgrund der hohen Summen nur noch anwaltliche Schritte und die DRINGENDE WARNUNG an alle, FINGER WEG von dieser unzuverlässigen und offensichtlich unseriösen Plattform!

Update 21.04.2022:
Leetchi reagierte mit der Standardantwort des Bedauerns -> siehe unten. Ich habe die Details zu meinem Fall noch einmal an Leetchi übermittelt.

Die Anmerkung von Leetchi, keine Antwort auf die angeforderten Unterlagen erhalten zu haben ist nicht korrekt. Nachdem wir die angeforderten Unterlagen besorgt haben, wurden diese am 28.03.2022 an Leetchi übermittelt. Danach gab es auf weitere 4 eMails zum Status keine Reaktion von Leetchi. Ich habe die eMail vom 28.03. noch einmal an Leetchi gesendet.

Update 26.04.2022:
keine weitere Reaktion von Leetchi auf die noch einmal zugesendeten Unterlagen. Der Money Pot ist blockiert. Keine Auszahlung. Das Geld wird einfach einbehalten.

Update 09.05.2022:
Noch immer keine Reaktion und keine Auszahlung von Leetchi. Ich habe jetzt alle Spender mit den notwendigen Informationen versorgt, ihre Spende über ihre Bank bzw. ihr Kreditkartenunternehmen zurückzufordern und Leetchi als betrügerische Institution anzuzeigen.

Nach wiederholtem vergeblichen Versuch, das Geld zu überweisen, gab es auf meine Emails keine Antwort. Die angegebene Telefonnummer ist ungültig. Ich sammele für eine ukrainische Familie, die das Geld jetzt braucht um ihre Unterkunft zu bezahlen. Mit der Not anderer unseriös umzugehen ist unmenschlich. Ich werde in Kürze meinen Anwalt einschalten!

Date of feedback: April 2022. I started a money pot for a colleagues farawell present in October, and uploaded my ID by the end of October 2021.

- no chance to upload other document or enquire about verification status
- Help center does not answer "in a few minutes"
- online help is pretty useless
You are better off with putting an upside-down hut next to the company cafeteria with the colleague's name on it...

Ich versuche seit 3 Wochen das Geld auf das Konto überweisen zu lassen. Ich bekomme immer wieder die gleiche Mail, das der Transfer nicht möglich ist. Egal welche Dokumente ich schicke, ich bekomme keine Antwort. Sollte ich nicht unverzüglich das Geld bekommen, werde ich Anzeige erstatten!!!!

Just like many I had a mone pot & issued a wire transfer to an European Account to received 2 days later an email stating that the wire was refused with no explanation....
I logged into my account to see that the money is no longer available !!!
LEETCHI what is going on ?? I want my money back on my pot so i can wire it i don't seek for a reimbursment !!!!

I can only confirm the negative reviews by others. I organized a birthday fundraiser to collect money, which I donated (from my personal account) to an organization to support the Ukraine in this difficult time.

However, Leetchi for whatever reason refuses to transfer the money to my account despite that I completed the ID verification before I started the fundraiser and am trying to send the money to an account in my name in a SEPA country (fully in line with their requirements).

I would not recommend anyone to use this company.

Update: After providing various additional requested documents by email that clearly proved (i) the use of the funds in line with all their regulations, including those specifically related to Ukraine and (ii) that I am the rightful owner of the account I want them to release the money to, I just received another automatic email that my transfer was refused. In this they state the same reason as initally so we are back to the beginning and they are still keeping more than EUR 2,000 without any legal grounds.

Unfortunately, they leave me no other option than to initiate legal action and I will only stop them once they released the funds and paid the legal fees.

I spend some time in Tanzania as a volunteer, and I tried to find out which homepage I can use to do a fundraising. A good friend of mine used Leetchi, since 3 weeks she is trying to get the money, the money is blocked (for no reason!) and she cannot even call Leetchi. She gets an answer from Leetchi per Mail once per week. And this answer doesn't even help or change anything. So still no money... She tries everything and is now about to cancel everthing, after weeks of collecting donations. I cannot understand that! This should not work like this!!

I have been trying to get the money that was raised for over a year and finally got all the information together they required. I sent the information and now no one has replied to the emails and no one answers the telephone

Eventually had a reply from Leetchi. Despite sending ID as requested (and all the other information) the ID was rejected-passport photos. Since 26th March I have been trying to resolve this issue. I have sent photos (which they want) inside flash/no flash and outside but am still being told the information isn’t visible which is categorically untrue. I have no idea what this company want-in the meantime I am not coping with the stress. This isn’t how this was supposed to be.

The worst experience. We collected funds for a charity in September 2021 and we STILL CANNOT access them in March 2022!! We tried to transfer the money pot straight to the charity, it failed, straight to EU and UK bank accounts to then send on to the charity, it failed too (with no explanation given), we are still trying to transfer to new accounts now, this has wasted SO MUCH of our time, never use this service. The helpline does not answer, despite many emails and calls. It is a fraud, sequestring our funds like this. I am about to report Leetchi to the Financial Ombudsman.

Comme beaucoup d'autres commentaires - cagnotte bloquée après création de celle-ci et première participation. Ca traine, ca traine - personne ne répond aux nombreux (très nombreux) appels et relances par mail. Le service client s'est considérablement dégradé - comment l'expliquez vous?

Hi I start to be worried because I have created the money pot, I have created profile, attached id but when I ask to transfer money the system says there is an error with my profile that cannot be validated!!!! I contacted you 3 times, trying to phone and the phone number is not correct. I will initiate a legal procedure if you don't answer me in 2 days! Please solve my issue!

Egal welche Bankverbindung ich verwende, die Auszahlung wird ohne Gründe abgelehnt. Die Telefonnummer auf der automatischen Mail Antwort scheint ungültig zu sein. Auf Mail-Anfrage und Kontaktformular auf der Website reagiert seit Tagen niemand.
Das ist ein unhaltbarer Zustand !!!!

They will not release our money!! I have been trying for a year to get someone to have a conversation with me as our bank transfer did not come through and when I try to request a new transfer they say 'sorry you cannot access this page'. Why do they not have a phone number and why does no one respond to emails. I don't know what more to do but I would not recommend anyone to use this company ever.
