Damaged coffee table delivered
Damaged coffee table delivered – very disappointing
We purchased a coffee table from Lee Longlands after viewing and selecting it in their Abingdon store. Unfortunately, when it was delivered today, it arrived with a large, very noticeable crack across the top and a deep scratch underneath.
Neither of these defects was present when we inspected the table in store. We specifically selected this table based on the condition we saw, and we also paid for delivery, so receiving it significantly damaged is extremely disappointing.
I have contacted Lee Longlands and provided photographs of the damage. I am hoping someone from the management/customer service team can respond promptly and offer a reasonable solution — either a partial refund reflecting the significant damage if we keep the table, or replacement with an undamaged table.
I will update this review once Lee Longlands has responded and hopefully resolved the issue.

Alex seemed very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We went in looking for side table primarily but found Alex so helpful on the Tempur products , swapping different ones around to suit Sue & I which gave us a better insight into the product. Our initial order in store on 7th…
Our initial order in store on 7th January 2026 they spelt our surname wrong, which meant our email was spelt wrong, and also had a number wrong on our phone number. This caused problems for our initial delivery. Our table and chairs inially delivered, but the table had been damaged at some point and was twisted. We had to wait for a new table to be made, which was delived on 28th September 2026. Replacement table perfect. Delivery staff (Will & Richard), were great and very efficient.

What a great find
What a great find! The furniture here is lovely. So much variety and well made. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and made you feel relaxed. No pressure to buy and allowed us to take our time. The service provided was excellent and John made it all so easy. We are so pleased with our purchase and can’t wait for it to be in our home!
