Great product, great delivery service
Bought a mattress manufactured by the same company that john lewis uses, same specification but much less expensive. Was told lead time of 6 to 8 weeks and it arrived in around 6 weeks. Received a call on the delivery day to confirm the time frame and the delivery drivers Kane and Lemar were great, checked where it was going, respectful of carpets and anything fragile on their way past. It was a very heavy mattress and they had to work hard! All in all a good purchase and everything went exactly plan.

Everything was exceptional! The showroom staff at Peterborough were so helpful and really gave a personalised experience. We got our sofas delivered today and they are exquisite! Wonderful quality, really decently priced and the delivery service was first class. Thank you Kane and Lamar for your careful handling of the furniture and being so punctual, prompt and professional. Helpful friendly staff
Helpful friendly staff, good prices, especially on the sale items and good comunications and after sales. Zed and Angelia in the Peterborough store were very helpful and the delivery was smooth and efficient thanks to Lee and Nathan. The team coordinated well so our new bed arrived just after the new carpets had been fitted. All from Lee Longlands Peterborough. I highly recommend them.

Great service all round
Our buying experience in the shop was excellent. The salesman's knowledge was good and he went out of his way to research the product we wanted and provide excellent coffee!The delivery experience was also great. The van broke down and the company worked really hard to ensure the furniture was still delivered on the same day. They kept us informed and the three men who delivered the order were pleasant, polite and very efficient. They carried the furniture down our steep steps and unpacked and took away all the packaging really tidily. An excellent experience and we love the furniture. Thank you Lee, Jon and Lamar.

Sofas delivery
We had a three seater and two seater sofa on order. The delivery date was a little ahead of schedule, which was nice. On the day, we had a text wth a delivery window and the van turned up promptly. Tom & Mark were friendly and professional and used a lot of care and attention to detail in carrying the items in and setting them up. All packaging was taken away. A very efficient job!
