After getting engaged I found the whole experience of shopping for rings really stressful. I had been to one or two other jewellers where I felt really pressured to pick a design within the 45 minute appointment. From my first appointment with Jacinta she made me feel completely at ease and like there was no pressure at all to make a decision. After two appointments we designed my dream ring and I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend the team at Larsen!

Lulu was absolutely fantastic. We started our engagement ring journey with little to knowledge and we were in safe hands the entire time. Her calm, lovely demeanour and her enthusiasm for the work was very clear. She understood us and we could tell that she wasn’t afraid to speak her mind around what would work and what wouldn’t.

I had my 20 year old wedding rings remodelled with Alex. It was a wonderful experience, he is a very talented designer and took the time to listen to what I wanted during the appointment. We used most of my diamonds to reimagine the design, and it turned out even better than I imagined.

We had such a great experience with Jacinta! From the beginning, she was incredibly warm, welcoming and friendly.

We knew very little about jewellery going into the process, and Jacinta took the time to explain everything clearly and make sure we understood all of our options. She answered every question we had and was so patient with us, especially when we were being indecisive!

A lovely personalised experience where you can clearly see the expertise and care behind the process of quality customised jewellery design. It is more expensive than other studios but the quality craftsmanship and the fact our rings were made entirely in Australia were the main drawcards for us. Thank you Alex and the rest of the team at Larsen.

Jacinta was phenomenal. Very understanding, fun, knowledgeable and insightful. She made a huge effort to help us create some options. Went to many of the top stores across the city and the care she took we did not experience in any other store and she was definitely the reason why we chose Larsen for our custom engagement ring.

When I first walked in, I honestly had no idea what I wanted. Phoebe was incredibly patient and took the time to help me narrow down my style and figure out what I loved. Throughout the whole process, I came back with different ideas, changes and revisions, and Phoebe was always so understanding, helpful and accommodating.

She made what could have been an overwhelming process feel exciting and enjoyable, and I always felt listened to and supported. The final ring is honestly better than I could have ever imagined. It is absolutely perfect and I couldn’t love it more.

Jacinta was incredibly helpful, kind and understanding. What stood out the most, however, was her phenomenal knowledge of gemstones, quality ring-making and passion.
