I experienced difficulty during the order process, so I reached out via chat and had an instant response. Charley was very quick and very helpful and I managed to place my order within a few minutes! Would highly recommend.

Without Louise we would not have…
Without Louise we would not have purchased our bed from Land of Beds. Louise gave us excellent advise to shop around, try the beds in local salesrooms and once we had the bed identified, come back to her with the spec and name of distributor because Land of Beds have a close relationship with the manufactures and can always better competitors pricing. Louise is a credit to Land of Beds with her friendly and helpful engagement, let alone the huge saving offered to us, will mean we will be recommending Land of Beds to anyone we hear of in the market for a new bed.

Emma Mattress not as advertised
I ordered an Emma mattress which transpired I was not getting the specific mattress as specified. I had to pay extra for the right mattress. The delivery was lengthy and I would not use this company again although the Customer Service support was good.
