Just rung a garage to see if they could have a look at our car as it's under warranty. When asked where we got the car from I told them it was landmark 4×4 which he grumbled. He told me that they are a nightmare for doing anything and also fob you off to get rid of you. What does that say about the company that some people think the sun shines out of their backsides. Believe me it doesn't. They are CONMEN who cut corners, use parts of other cars so they say. What a bunch of liars.

A very unprofessional company. The car's ad didn't mention any faults, and when I bought the car, there were many hidden ones. After reporting them, they refused to help. I was ignored. The car was dirty upon pickup. I wouldn't buy another car from them, and as a warning, anyone planning to buy one should have it thoroughly inspected.

JUST PURCHASED A LANDROVER FROM LANDMARK 4X4, I DROVE 220 MILES AND ON ARRIVAL WAS WELCOMED INTO THE DEALERSHIP WITH SMILE AND COFFEE,EVERYTHING WAS SMOOTH AND THE CAR WAS JUST HAS DESCRIBED COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. THANKS LANDMARK 4X4 GRAET CAR...

I recently purchased a vehicle from Landmark 4x4 and unfortunately my experience has been extremely disappointing. I dealt with a someone called Adeel who can talk a good talk, but there is absolutely no substance to what he is saying and any promise he may make you is just basic lies and blagging. Please don't let him rush you into a sale or try and dismiss your concerns.

The car (Discovery Sport) was not as advertised — it was listed as having a rear view camera and sat nav, but these features were missing (the sat nav was unusable without an SD card - Adeel tried to blame the Land Rover cyber attack for this, which happened AFTER the sale so was clearly never intended to be supplied). I was also promised a spare wheel to be delivered the day after I purchased, this never arrived despite assurances.

More concerning were the mechanical issues: the car clearly had not been serviced in line with the service history shown, the brakes were noisy and unsafe and the engine oil was absolutely filthy, despite being "recently serviced". Despite raising these issues, the dealer failed to rectify them before sale. Additionally the car had not even been valeted upon collection.

When I attempted to resolve matters, communication was poor and the dealer pushed back against my rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I had to repeatedly assert my short-term right to reject and secure a refund, which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience. I had to drive 2.5 hours to deliver the car back to them and then wait a further hour and a half for the owner to refund me - this is the only thing I can say in their defense is that I got all my money back.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Landmark 4x4. Buyers should be extremely cautious and double-check everything before handing over money. While I was there I observed the facilities they are using to maintain/repair these vehicles. The area is filthy, unsafe, lacking the basic fundamentals of a functioning garage and a is perfect example of the disregard this company has for quality.

Appalling AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!
Buying a car from here is full of empty promises. The car we should have purchased wasn't ready to collect on the day agreed, non of the work had been done or booked into be done, they only gave an excuse of the guy who was dealing with it was awol with 1 of there cars... they weren't bothered that customers were driving for 2 hours only to be told its not ready, they never made any calls or apologies. They then rearranged the date for collection giving absolute guarantees it would be ready...... another 2 hour drive to collect & guess what, it wasn't even there, the work hadn't been done!! So we walked away but it doesn't stop here..... getting a £250 deposit back has been troublesome and taken an entire day because the sales person was too busy..... funnily enough they weren't when mention of fraud came up!
There's something not right about this place AVIOD AVOID AVOID

Absolute cowboys of car salesman. We bought a car that had issues from the moment we drove it off the forecourt. Ash, the owner and ‘after sales’ person was extremely rude and unhelpful.

They do not know what they’re doing with cars and if you allow them to try and fix the car they will make it worse because their mechanic is useless and doesn’t know what he’s doing.

After months of fighting, they finally issued us with a refund. It was less than what we paid, but at this point we were tired and had a car that required a new engine.

The whole experience was difficult and I would urge everyone to steer clear of Landmark 4x4, Daily Trucks or any other company associated with these people.

Excellent service from Eddie ,bought Landrover discovery sport 17plate in May 2025 ,.Though i would leave it a few months just incase,car as described, no pressure sales, ready on the day of my choice came with a 6mth warranty extended for another 12mths. Yes I would recommend to others which I have and they have bought.

They sold me a car online that was in a shocking condition on inspection. Paid me the basic trade price for my car which turned out to be 3x better than the one I paid 8k on top of my part ex. STAY WELL CLEAR

Avoid Landmark 4x4 at ALL costs — worst buying experience I’ve ever had.

I bought a car from Landmark 4x4, dealing mostly with someone called Eddy. It was delivered (for a fee) and they collected my part-ex — the only part that went smoothly.

The car didn’t match the Auto Trader listing: no electric tailgate, no roof lights, no reversing camera — all advertised, none included. False advertisement.

Within days, faults started. Headlights failed — illegal bulbs fitted. Rear wiper died. Plates from a different dealer. Then the central screen (which controls nearly everything) began malfunctioning, making the car dangerous to drive.

Eddy dismissed every concern. He denied the screen issue until I sent screenshots of their own ad proving it was faulty before delivery. Lied for weeks about a replacement, promising he had posted it, checked the post receipt and only at the point I said I would complain, did he then sent a cheap, incorrect screen that wasn’t even the right size.

Eventually, I was refunded £400 toward £800+ in repairs. No apology. No accountability.

4 months later, I get a flat tyre and find out there’s no locking wheel nut. Absolutely appalling.

Further update:
After posting this review on Google, Eddy WhatsApped me, questioning why I haven’t posted back to them a £10 incorrect screen at my own cost and stating he has seen my Google review. Disgusting, trying to intimidate people from leaving honest feedback on the business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
