GoodHub is a UK-based charitable giving platform that helps charities and supporters raise funds and connect with causes that matter to them. Our goal is to support a healthier and more transparent giving ecosystem—one where donors can give with confidence, and charities of all sizes have a fair opportunity to be seen and supported.

We used to use other FR platforms but…

We used to use other FR platforms but haven't looked back since using Good Hub! As a small charity, we have appreciated the excellent customer service both in person (as we live in Bath where GH is based) and by phone and email. Response is prompt, and the site is well managed and easy to navigate. Recommended above similar platforms.

Brilliant service

Brilliant service!
I have used Goodhub on several occasions to raise money when doing sporting events. Super easy campaign set up and brilliant customer service. Refreshing to be able to speak to someone if you need help.

We have used Goodhub for a few years…

We have used Goodhub for a few years now and have always been very impressed by their level of support. As a small charity, it's great being able to call in and check things out if we need to, or arrange a meeting very quickly when wanting to use one of their many services and getting that bit extra advice. The team at Goodhub are always very helpful friendly and quick to act.
Goodhub as changed over the past couple of years , expanding what they offer and making their system extremely accessible for multiple types of fundraising events. They provide great reports on projects, manage the 'gift aid' side of things, taking the hassle off of us, and all at very competitive costs compared to some other platforms. We would highly recommend them.

If you value customer service, stop looking you have found the right one.

After an experience with another platform that is best described as horrific, it has been a real joy to be working with GoodHub. My charity involves scout groups and schools in our environmental work and it's great that these parties can almost independently run their own campaigns on our behalf.

As relatively new charity, one that is extremely busy, we have taken advantage of GoodHub's Gift Aid management. The cost is reasonable and it's one less item for us to deal with.

By far the biggest draw for us is the fact that they have a phone number and they actually answer it with a smile. I don't think this exists amongst other platforms and this is so very important to us.

We kissed a lot of frogs before we selected GoodHub so that you don't have to.

The staff were extremely helpful and…

The staff were extremely helpful and Rebecca could not have made the process easier! This was my first fundraiser with GoodHub and I would definitely use them again for my next fundraiser!

We’ve been using GoodHub for our…

We’ve been using GoodHub for our fundraising and events and it’s worked really well for us. It’s straightforward, doesn’t take loads of time to manage, and just does what we need it to do.

As a small not-for-profit, we don’t have capacity for overly complicated systems, so having something that’s easy to pick up and use has made a real difference.

We wouldn't use any other platform!

We have been using Good Hub for a year, and have had 3 events, a raffle and a crowdfunder in that time. The pages are so easy to set up, the company are constantly improving the interface and are very quick to respond whenever we need anything at all. There have been many times when I have been on the phone needing something changed very quickly and they always work hard to get things sorted for us. We wouldn't use any other company for our events and fundraising.

So easy & great customer service

I was able to find the charity I wanted to support quickly. The site is super easy to use and my page was live in just a few minutes. When I did have a question I was able to speak to a real person, a refreshing change these days!

Outstanding level of service

I genuinely can’t recommend Goodhub highly enough. Our charity, Cure Cancer, has been using the platform for several years, and it has consistently exceeded our expectations. Compared to other donation platforms we’ve tried, Goodhub stands out by a significant margin in both performance and reliability.
What really sets them apart is their exceptional level of support. The team is proactive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping charities succeed. Chris in particular has been outstanding—always responding quickly, efficiently, and with genuine care. No question feels too small, and every query is handled with professionalism and attention to detail.
Goodhub has made managing our fundraising simpler, smoother, and far more effective. It’s a platform we trust completely and one we would wholeheartedly recommend to any organisation looking to elevate their fundraising efforts.

Raising money to give an education to underprivileged children in Uganda

Our small UK charity raises money to help educate over 500 children per year in rural Uganda, and much is raised by regular and one-off donations.
When we need to add a new fundraising page its very helpful to know that we can always talk directly to a helpful staff member if we have any difficulties.
They are usually available and are very knowledgeable, especially for those who are not very 'computer literate' Their commission fees are also lower than many other similar companies

Non Payment update by Goodhub

Chris Rose & Michael Cordell, the two Directors of Goodhub continue to act unfairly. They have not yet paid us £49687.50 due to us for July & August 2025 payments. We have answered their three questions five times including our Solicitor & Accountant but they continue to move the Goal Post every time and continue to exceed their authority, threatening behaviour etc. They have earned Over £150,000 in commission from us. Do not reply to our emails for the last three months (last email dated 4 November 2025). All of the customers should be careful of them.

We understand your concern and appreciate that this situation is frustrating. As a regulated fundraising platform and a member of the Fundraising Regulator, GoodHub must complete compliance checks before releasing funds whenever there are outstanding questions about a charity’s filings or financial records regarding the use of funds.

We have repeatedly requested the specific documentation required to complete this review, but it has not yet been provided.

Once the requested information is received, we will be able to conclude the process promptly.

We remain committed to transparency, fairness, and protecting both donors and charities.
