DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM wizmotors.co.uk, you will get completely ripped off, and then ignored! I had constant problems from the day I bought it, and after 8 weeks the car is completely dead and I was told by the garage it was not even safe to drive! I don’t know how wiz motors managed to MOT it just before I bought it 🤔 because it was an absolute death trap. Although it was under warranty, they have completely ignored me or made excuses to not pay out for repairs. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR SANITY AND STEER CLEAR OF THIS COWBOY COMPANY!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst experience EVER . AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS . They sell cars that aren't fit for purpose. Our car broke down within weeks with a faulty gear box ( an automatic Ford Kuga ) They sent it for repair and it broke down again . They had the car back and they have it up for sale now !!!! I hope to god no one buys it . I hope this place goes bust . Never met people who are as dishonest as them .

If you value your time, money, safety, and peace of mind, I strongly advise you to think twice before buying a vehicle from this dealership.

I purchased a car from them and, from the very next day, I reported several serious faults, including:

* The brake pedal sinking almost to the floor with a “No Brake Servo” warning displayed on the dashboard.
* A faulty passenger-side window that would go down but could not be raised using its own switch.
* Engine oil leaks.
* A rear wiper that repeatedly became stuck.
* A malfunctioning tyre pressure monitoring system.

Despite reporting these issues immediately after purchase, my concerns were largely ignored. After weeks of silence, I was eventually told to email the faults, which I did. Nearly two months later, we agreed that I should have the vehicle independently inspected. The mechanic’s report confirmed that the braking system had faults and stated that, even after repair, it would require reprogramming by Volkswagen.

The dealership then asked me to drive the vehicle all the way to Luton, despite the safety concerns I had repeatedly raised, only to tell me to leave it with them for inspection.

Two weeks later, while I was without my vehicle, I lost my job as a letting negotiator because having a reliable car was an essential requirement of my role.

At that point, I formally rejected the vehicle and requested a full refund under my consumer rights, as I believed the car was not of satisfactory quality, was not fit for purpose, and posed a serious safety risk to myself, my family, and other road users.

What happened next destroyed any remaining confidence I had in this dealership. Almost two weeks after receiving my rejection letter, they finally produced their inspection report, claiming that the only fault they found was an oil leak caused by “continued use.” This directly contradicted the independent mechanic’s report, which identified multiple defects and indicated that the oil leak was likely related to poor workmanship or negligence during the dealership’s servicing of the vehicle before it was sold.

Throughout this entire ordeal, I have experienced delays, poor communication, a complete lack of accountability, and what I believe to be bad faith in the way my complaint has been handled.

I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. My experience has cost me my job, caused significant financial loss, and subjected my family and me to unnecessary stress and potential danger on the road. I sincerely hope no one else has to endure what I have been through.

It is completely rotten underneath, I wanted to avoid this and that is why I went to buy the car near London and yet the car was used in Scotland. Avoid at all costs. Brought a Mazda CX5 and had nothing but problems. Ended up having to go to court to get our money back after many lies & delays.

Disgusting behaviour from the men here. Absolutely avoid this place! If I could leave 0 stars I would. Travelled 3 hours to buy this car, on arrival noticed it’d been in some kind of front end smash, the repair was awful. Paint work was flat and peeling, counted a fair few dents on it that weren’t shown on the ad or even put in the description. I’m well aware I wasn’t buying brand new and age related marks are a thing, this wasn’t age related, the car was an absolute lemon. Diamond cut wheels on the car and there wasn’t an inch of them that weren’t scraped, chunks missing from the wheels again not on the photos. They tried to tell me the finance hadn’t paid them and they didn’t agree to us going to test drive and collect, tried to say they were closed. Our finance company dispute this and say they spoke with them yesterday and would provide us with proof. We did a car vertical report which showed outstanding finance on the car, when I asked the manager he talked over me and wouldn’t even let me speak. He spent more time staring at my chest than my face, not an ounce of eye contact. We asked if he would knock some off the price for the sheer amount of damage on the car and was told no because he can have a full set of diamond cut wheels refurbished for £100. It had bad condition winter tyres on it and on its MOT in January brakes were an advisory, we were told this would all be done before we arrived, the car was behind 3 other vehicles and hadn’t been touched.
Moving on from the shed of a car, he refused point blank to listen to me but had no problems at all shouting at me all whilst staring at my chest, until my partner asked him to lower his voice and watch the tone in which he spoke to me in, after that he didn’t even speak to me just continued to stare. He was very happy to speak to my partner probably because he’s a man, and when I say speak to I mean he did nothing but talk over him, he wouldn’t entertain me at all. I might aswell have been a piece of dirt on his shoe. We encountered him lie on the phone to another customer whilst we were sat waiting for him to discuss the outstanding finance on the car whilst the other men sat and leered at me. Absolutely disgusting, no customer service skills and they very obviously sell dodgy cars for a huge profit. All the cars a filthy, looks like a scrap yard! Honestly avoid this place at all costs!! Regardless of the personal issues with me being a woman, the cars are all sheds.

They’re the worse garage to buy car because is not what said about car look like.
I bought ford 15 plate from them last year, I discovered within week that the car backfire, which I call the finance company to come in, Wiz motors referred me to a garage which they partnered in lies with to say they have fixed the fault but never avail, till I have to fix it myself.
Is a great failure on their part. They don’t keep to their promises and agreements.

Let me share my experience with Wiz Motors so hopefully others don’t end up in the same situation.

I bought a 2016 Jeep Grand Cherokee from them without seeing it in person first. The car looked great in the photos and they were helpful enough on the phone, so I went ahead with the purchase and paid to have it delivered.

Unfortunately the problems started straight away.

When the car arrived one of the rear lights was hanging out, the inside hadn’t really been cleaned properly and it was obvious the car had been sitting outside for a long time as there was moss around the windows. As soon as I moved the vehicle, a blind spot monitoring error came up on the dashboard.

After looking over the car more closely, I also found the windscreen washer pipes were disconnected and the washer bottle was empty.

I contacted the dealership about these issues but communication was poor and nothing ever really got sorted. I was told to get local quotes for repairs under the warranty, but apparently the quotes were too expensive.

The worst part was that less than two weeks after buying the car, it suffered a catastrophic engine failure while I was driving at around 70mph on a dual carriageway. The engine died, I lost power steering and had to try and get the vehicle safely off the road. I ended up stranded for around 6 hours waiting for recovery.

The AA recovered the vehicle and returned it directly to the dealership.

Thankfully I bought the car through finance, because the finance company stepped in and helped resolve the situation and unwind the agreement.

Personally, I would not buy from this dealership again and I would strongly advise people to be careful, especially if buying a vehicle unseen.

We brought a car from their garage and Mr Zeshan Bashir served us and he impress us with his attitude and behaviour making the purchase really easy.

Worst experience of buying a car. Bought a mazda 3 18 plate car was delivered with wheel nuts missing and clouds of black smoke from exhaust and a few other issues, after just passing an MOT ! Spoke to wiz motors and they quickly arranged for the car to be picked up and fixed and after a few phone calls they provided a courtesy car, which arrived dirty smelly and with the eml light on. After 2 weeks my car was supposed to be delivered back to me kept getting told different dates and no one would turn up or answer calls, when the car finally came back none of the issus had been sorted. Finance company took over got the car recovered and money back would NEVER RECOMMEND GETTING A CAR FROM HERE.

This company just conned me out of £11,699. They sold me a vehicle which is not road worthy and fit for purpose. Their warranty with blue chip is worthless as they do not cover wear and tear, yet the dealership is selling second car vehicles only, which all will inevitably have wear and tear.
The dealer as of 6th March 2026 is no longer registered under the AA Dealer Promise. The AA have ousted him from being affiliated member, yet the dealer continues to conn customers into thinking he is a member (I refer you to his current web site still advertises vehicles with AA Dealer promise.

I will be initiating Court proceedings as since the vehicle was purchased on 13th December 2025 It has been in his dealership for repairs, I have only driven it for 3 weeks in total to date. They have denied me my rights to a refund on several occasions and continue be elusive in there approach.

See a car online, sounded great. Full spec etc on a bmw series 2 gran tourer. Travelled from Essex to Luton turned up and car didn't meet spec provided in details. For example said was manual but was actually auto, reverse camera which it didn't have these were minor tbh I wasn't overly bothered as can drive both and can actually drive so don't need a camera! Car paint work omg the whole thing had different colour white where had been resprayed on several parts, bonnet didn't line up with bumper so must of had impact damage which was not stated nor declared! Boot wasn't original as had different bolts holding it up, mud guards again some had bolts and omg the wheels they had sprayed with a can it went all over the discs and calipers, even pain on the tryes from such poor standards. They wanted £7k for this! I spoken to gentleman in office and expressed my concerns on him selling false advertising and not good quality cars to which he told me he only brought the car 2 days ago and it hadn't been inspected yet. I said why are you falsely stating about the cars condition if its not been inspected! To which he couldn't answer. He then said there is plenty of other cars available and I said a car just reversed out here with possible EGR problems I think I'll leave it thanks! I said you are not trusted car salesman and I will be writing a review on how disgusted I was about this and I informed auto trader too ! Please avoid!

Sold a car that needed so much work- 2 new tyres, break pads and discs, thermostat and had a coolant leak. Don’t use them. Absolute cowboys.

Wiz Motors sold me a Ford Kuga with a serious petrol leak, confirmed by multiple mechanics. At first, they promised a full refund — then changed their story repeatedly and are now refusing to cover basic costs.

Now they want to take the car back without any written protection for me, no photos, no joint inspection — clearly trying to scam me even further.

I’ve lost weeks of work, they’ve caused me massive stress, and I’ve had no choice but to involve my finance provider, Trading Standards, and legal action.

Avoid at all costs. They do not stand behind what they sell.
