Found the illusive product I had been searching for, GL immediately sent out all the stock they had and completed the order a few days later when further stock arrived. I was informed of progress all the way through, excellent service

Ordered my bulbs, arrived speedily and all in good order. Excellent service. Very good range of light bulbs managed to buy replacements we needed.

Ordered 25 15w Pygmy Lamps about a week and and a half ago, expected that they would arrive by the end of the week as they were in stock and i ordered before 2pm..ordered on the Tuesday expected that there would be delivery perhaps Wednesday...or perhaps Thursday.

Phoned Thursday..."should be dispatched today" to be there Monday (bank holiday-weekend), nothing Monday, so phoned Tuesday....and had to convince the person on the end of the phone that i had bought lamps and they still hadn't arrived. Wouldn't provide a tracking number....i suspect they hadn't been dispatched when phoned them that Tuesday....

Thursday arrives...still no delivery...Lamps are required for a fleet of locomotives which would have meant a lot of repeat business....i shall leave it with the credit company sort out and take my business elsewhere! Previous reviews show this isn't an isolated issue....

Have ordered a couple of lamps of this firm nearly two weeks ago and have not received them and have also e-mailed them twice to ask where they are but have received no reply to either.

Ordered some batteries online thinking i'll get what i ordered. Nope, got batteries, just not the ones i ordered and that were advertised on the site. Online photo different than actual product. Aparently "i got what i ordered" and was only issued a free returns label after several emails and sending photo proof, for the 2nd time, of the items i received vs what i ordered from the site. Today, after 2 weeks from the purchase, i received my refund, minus original shipping costs. I've sent yet another email ( the 4th so far) asking why this has happened since it's not exactly my fault the online photo of the item DID NOT match the actual item i was sent. I have yet to receive a reply. Pretty much already know what the reply will be, whenever and if i receive one, so will probably have to resort to other means of recouping all my money. I would suggest you triple check before ordering anything from this site. Give them a call or send some emails and ask if the online photos are an actual representation of the item being sold or just buy elsewhere. Unnecessary waste of my time!

Prompt and efficient, supplied from an excellent range.

Slightly slow delivery, but that’s compared with Amazon Prime, which probably isn’t fair of me.
One of the two light bulbs didn’t work, though it looked undamaged. I phoned and they are due to replace without a quibble.
So overall a good service.

Have sent emails with no response I was sent the wrong bulbs I sent all the details with the order and again when I contacted them, still awaiting a reply

The bulb/tube was just what was needed and not to be found in the high street. Unfortunately the Royal Mail delivery let down the experience. I have put in a formal complaint to RM. I would suggest a different delivery service?

They had what I needed, at a competative price, and delivery was prompt.

Excellent customer service . I had problems with some lightbulbs I’d bought , there was a very prompt informative response when I made contact . I had to return the bulbs , prepaid postage label was provided without any fuss and they provided a refund though arguably the situation was equivocal . Thank you
