They don’t send you what you ordered
Ordered Osram lamps
Sent another make even though on the order confirmation the picture showed osram
Their response was that they sent a lamp that used to be made by a supplier to osram
On checking this relationship ended 2016
Still trying to say they are fine
I have asked for a refund twice but not willing to refund

Great customer service
Great customer service. My original order arrived on-time and was faulty. Lampco exchanged the product with no fuss or bother and with no penalty. The whole process was simple and done over the telephone with a real human. Great Service.
