The bulbs are shorter than my usual, however, that was my mistake for not ordering the 13w
Apart from the length I've got no other issues with them and they gave me an extraordinary brightness that I was hoping for for my hair salon

The lamp company was the 5th company i had contacted trying to purchase a certain fluecent bulb, after all the others had said that i could not obtain this particular product, and tried to fob me off will LED lighting instead, until i came across the lamp company, i sent a message, asking for the bulb, and got a reply within a day, saying they had plenty in stock, so i purchased a couple, and received them 3 days later, in perfect condition, excellent service, highly recommended.

Having read the amazing article in the New Scientist about the importance of red and infra-red light for our health and well-being, I bought a number of old-fashioned incandescent bulbs, to use instead of LEDs in winter (when there's less daylight and I might go short of red light). I'll put them in the light fittings where I spend most time and avoid "ultra-processed" light. The Lamp Company delivered what I ordered promptly and well packaged.

Easy to use website enabled me to locate the items I required, promptly despatched and very well packaged. Would definitely use this company again.

Placed an order for bulbs on 3 June.

Zero communication between 3 June and 12 August, when I received a dispatch notification.

Bulbs arrived today, 14 August, 72 days after the order was placed.

I didn't notice anything on the product page that indicated they didn't have the items in stock.

The order confirmation didn't say anything about not having the items in stock (in fact it said, "We're preparing these items for shipping.")

And there were zero updates along the way.

72 days for delivery of light bulbs is absurd - I don't understand why anyone would sell light bulbs that probably, at the point of sale, hadn't even been manufactured!

Surely, if a customer places an order for something you aren't going to be able to deliver for over 2 months, you contact them and give them an opportunity to cancel the order?

Or how about even just telling them how long it's going to take?

The items I was ordering had been discontinued which the company didn't know this, hence still advertising them.
However, they sent me alternatives which were slightly more expensive, for the same price. Outstanding customer service. Replied quickly to my emails and received them very quickly.

Probably quite rare bulbs for old(1980s) fittings supplied quickly and cheaply

I have been trying to track down a particular light bulb for some time and kept getting sent the wrong thing from other companies.
With Lampco I got a quick response to my online query and the right bulb!
Very pleased to have dimmable light in my alcove shelving areas once again!

Had lamps to meet my requirements and were extremely helpful with quick delivery

I ordered incandescent light bulbs - I ordered 40w but ought to have ordered 60w, which I will next time. I refuse to use LED so have been using Halogen and the equivalent to 40w, is quite a bit lighter. They arrived on time.

It was a godsend finding the out of production lamp bulb which is no longer in production. A swift transaction and a timely delivery .

Poor service.

After going to B&Q them not doing the lightbulb we needed Amazon charging too much for just one lightbulb I found this company and the price was brilliant and delivery came within time frame given. Will definitely be using these guys again.
