Such a risk buying online, if an item isn’t in stock or gets lost they offer a refund however, it can take months for them to actually process the refund.

Parcel got lost and after 2 months, they finally ‘processed a refund’ however nearly two months after, still no refund, once following it up I found out the refund was never actually processed. I’m well aware this has happened to many others before.

Sounds like they saying they’re refunding, in hopes customers will forget and only actually refund once the customer follows it up.

Would avoid buying online if possible

I ordered click and collect an Air Fryer, paid for it and was advised that it was available and my payment would be credited to my account.Advised that the product was not available and amount will be credited, but the item is still advertised as available on site days later and available to order click and collect or delivery. What is going on that this item is still advertised online.

Useless! No customer service.
Website states that item is available, tracking info was sent out this morning after sending me confirmation.
24hs later I receive a cancellation since article is not available after all.
Telephone hotline is also useless, giving me wrong info.
Staff at store useless, too. Once again, three times(!) wrong info, which made me fool drive there as many times just to find out that staff' info was wrong, too.

I am absolutely appalled by not only the staff but even the website. The team running the Kmart online need to pull their crap together to keep it updated and make sure that of a product is out of stock or limited it is actually correct on the website and not have it say in stock with a green dot but when you go to get it there’s none. I was met by one nice staff member who was on the door but the staff stocking shelves have the most arrogant and no polite manner to they what so ever. Don’t even bother asking for any help by staff as you get everything from eye rolling to attitude for asking them to help/ do there job. I am absolutely mortified at how they are treating any of the customers that walk in to there stores, normally I wouldn’t name stores but Kmart Mount Druitt need to do some serious training and work on that customer service and respect for their customers.

Be very wary of buying anything in any Kmart store thinking you can return it even if it has tags on it, clearly has not been used or worn and you have a receipt.
There are many things that are not able to be returned - no common sense. It is not like Warehouse or Briscoes or Rebel. Farmers is also better despite having to get a gift card.
Very disappointing customer service.

Alas zero stars are not an option. Customers are an imposition to staff at this store as they can't be bothered answering the phone. You must factor in 10 or more mins if you call them and just let the phone ring until someone can be bothered answering it. Click and collect goods are damaged by staff so check thoroughly before leaving the store. Poor service.

Today I placed an online order with Hamilton Central Kmart as I had just been in the store half hour before and bought an item as a Xmas present however in that time I ended up giving that item to my dad lol decided I would do a click and collect for the same item. Made sure it said ‘in stock’ even though I knew it was as I had just bought one and there were like 49 others. 2 hours later I received a email stating my order had been cancelled!!! 😡 so I contacted chat and the guy on the other end was absolutely no fricken help at all! Literally repeated a script 5 times 🙄 I was then that pissed off I decided to go in store just to prove a point that I knew it was in stock. SURE ENOUGH 49 of the bloody things on the Shelf right were I had grabbed 1 of 50 😡 asked the girl at click and collect what the hell had happened she says to me “oh there mustn’t have been any on the Shelf when they went to look” UMMMMM no gf none of yous looked at all otherwise you would’ve picked 1 of 49! This is the second time this has happened and both times I’ve gone in a short time after the cancellation and BAM plenty stock! Absolute fricken laziness from this store NOT IMPRESSED!!!! Kmart work on your image, policies, staffing and most of all your customer service 🤦🏻‍♀️ it’s absolutely PATHETIC as for HAMILTON central y’all win the award for getting paid to do sweet Fk all!!!!

Kmart In New Zealand is so bad they never have stock I don’t even know why New Zealand has a Kmart when they are bad every Kmart I’ve entered in New Zealand is bad. Only Australia is the best place to shop in a Kmart they always have stock and the place is always neat and tidy, but in New Zealand it’s always out of stock and messy when entering the stores. I placed an order for a Christmas tree only for its legs to not be in the damaged box that arrived in the parcel bloody hopeless people.

Disgusting service!! all orders cancelled after 12 business days of no update since items were ordered.

Appalling service. Initially wanted click and collect as the store I wanted (henderson) had all products I wanted on the shop floor and plentiful, however it said out of stock, next step was ordering via delivery all items were in stock 20 days later made contact via live chat, I got the items I ordered are out of stock and they are trying to source items from other stores. I asked for an approximate time due was told the had no control over how long it would take. I cancelled order it will take 5 days to process and 10-14 days to refund. Fyi seriously though the packaging is really over the top I received a part of my order for socks, did it really need to be in a big box lol.

Would like to give no stars, over a month and only part of the order delivered, phone and emailed and told it's being packed, still not delivered, had all the items when I ordered and then later they say there try to find the stock?

18 days and no goods. Half my order is on the way. The other half hasnt even been packed yet. This is false advertising to say you have something available when it clearly isn't. I have complained twice and they refuse to give a refund on the items that havent even been shipped yet. Simply appalling!!

These muppets will deliver half of your order that is completely useless without the other half!

If you don't like their physical stores, don't even try the online store. They're useless, braindead people that will waste your time and money.

Easy to assemble, small carrier is the right size for my kitty. Has 3 openings and liked that I could put my cat through the top instead of side opening. My only fault would be that it hasn't got a sturdy flooring as when you lift carrier the bottom of carrier with cat inside seems to sag especially if you have heavy cat otherwise good option to plastic carriers

I can see plenty are having problems too! Took 2 weeks to tell me the item is out of stock. Showed they have stocks when I bought online. Should have gone to other online shops. Waste of time! Refunded though.

Worst click and collect ever!!! Got an email that my order was ready, went there and they took a whole hour looking for my order in the back! Apparently they didn’t do my order yet even tho it said it was ready! Had to wait there and they had to go just get one from the floor shelves. Not only that but there were three people infront of me whom also was waiting there because apparently they lost their orders also!!!

Worst experience.. Really disappointed. I ordered my stuff on 23rd oct 2021. And its 10th November still i am waiting for my order. And i am in Auckland. They say for rural areas it take more 2 to 3 days. Pathetic..

Biggest p*ss take company k mart Albany is full of d*ckheads turned me away twice from my click n collect order because I didn’t have my order number and I only had my id but on the site is says bring order number or photo identification so fck this company never buying from yous again

Made three orders, all of which were cancelled due to not having any of my items in stock. My first order was made in August and I got an email saying they were in the process of finding my item. Three weeks later I had not heard anything so I followed up and they decided to cancel the order and refund me along with two other orders. The refunds took three weeks to come after multiple times trying to contact them all I got was "please contact your bank" There is no contact number to call about this issue and when I emailed I wouldn't get any response. After finally getting my refund I got an email two weeks later saying that I have been refunded???? They really need to sort out their customer service response times and also don't advertise items in stock when they're not. I understand that they are super busy however after ordering three times and all orders having problems I don't really want to order from them again.

This website is a fraud. People plz be aware. It’s not real site. I spent £250 and I haven’t received my item. No tracking number. I sent them 8 emails and no reply at all except once. And after that no contact.

Please please don’t get robbed by this fake business.
