Absolutely ridiculous! why take peoples money, to email days later to say order is cancelled, as items were not in stock. the WORST online shopping order EVER. Back to the warehouse i go!

what a joke!
I tried to purchase many items online from Kmart. I did but, days later I received a mail saying some of the items ordered were out of stock. I was refunded but too late to make over purchase before Xmas

While I was sitting on my wheelchair in 1 corner as I was feeling bit tied,1 of the staff member came in loud voice saying iam not allowed to park there I did sorry to her and moved....but my question is to the management of riccarton kmart please train your staff to talk to people with disability nicely we also have our rights to shop...I really felt like I was not welcomed in your premises to shop since I was on wheelchair.

Takes three days to be advised that they do not have items available after an order has been processed. Refund could take 5 days which so close to Christmas is very stressful.

Terrible. Will never buy from this company again!!! Ordered a bubble machine for my nieces who live in new Zealand. Decided to buy a cheap bath toy to go with the gift. With 6 dollars postage. Only to receive an email to say they didn’t have the bubble machine, had refunded me, even though they had already sent the bath toy out. I would of liked the option to cancel the full order. Am pretty annoyed. No customer service and a perfect example of a bad company. Dont order from them!!!!

Neha from Kmart Manukau kmart does not have customer service experience. She needs to be trained how she should communicate to tourists.

Goddamn get your act together Kmart! Impossible to online shop as things disappear from your basket.

How about you divert your huge profits and sort out your website out..

Purchased Christmas lights, one set didn't work at all, like straight out of the box didn't work, the second set lasted less than a week before they didn't turn on either, you get what you pay for I guess

I am writing this review to share today's health and safety incident encountered by me and my 20 months daughter at (St Lukes Kmart -Mount Albert Auckland) and wanted to bring this to notice and let the (St Lukes Branch head/All managers) know about same, so this cannot be ignored and taken care of in the future.

Kmart has always been our go to place especially for buying toys for my daughter and like always me and my daughter was browsing around the toys section ,then all of a sudden a heavy loaded Metal trolley carrying heaps of rugs bumped into me and dashed my daughter's stroller from behind ,luckily we didn't get injured just a minor jerk on my head and my daughter got scared and started to cry as her stroller was shaken up, I was facing the other side and most of the times keep an eye whenever the staff is moving things around but today the staff who was holding the trolley was behind and didn't not notice us ,She wanted to get the trolley our of her way ,I don't know her name coz she didn't had her name batch on the T-shirt, Manager Davon was around and arrived at that area ,they said sorry and dispersed immediately and none of them told us the name of the staff ,also I felt the manager just wanted me to disappear from that place and I wasn't even asked if my daughter and I got hurt ,No Empathy at all, Manager had his hands on my face saying OK I will handle it you go.

I understand mistakes do happen and the staff was in hurry but Health and safety comes first ,It was very risky and scary moment for us just imagining if that would have been a trolley loaded with heavy objects and would have fallen on me and my daughter who was sitting in the stroller then it would have been a life threatening situation for us.

I would request the Kmart staff to take extra precautions while they shifting and moving stuff around in those huge metal trolleys and watch out for the customers especially at toys sections where there are lot of kids around. I am very much disappointed with the way things were handled today.

I received my order yesterday and unfortunately an item was broken! We put it down to poorly packaged they had put 4 jars together wrapped with bubble wrap along with another item but the box was to big for the items and their was no “fragile” breakables on the box..

I wanted a replacement as I had wanted the product but the company said no then offered to escalate the call but never did i simply got a email saying they refunded the item. This goes against my rights as a consumer to have a replacement I did not consent to have a refund. Shame on you

For almost a whole month now I have been waiting for multiple items to restock online, the moment I saw items were back on sale I made an order, This was followed by multiple refunds due to unavailability........ Kmart you seriously need to find a better working system for your online website to describes it as stupid is an understatement. For being such a huge retailing store in New Zealand yous really need to pick up your game.

Terrible website. They need to revamp the NZ website into an app or something like the warehouse have. I made an order, and everything on my order list was marked as in stock. Completed my order looking forward to collecting the next day, got the conformation email, and then 2 hours later i get an email saying my order was cancelled and refunded. Not to mention the refund came 4 days later!! Which was extremely inconvenient! Not much of an apology or explanation of why this happened made it worse. Wish i could rate as half 1 star.

Terrible experience with online order. Today, I just picked my online click and collect order. I was really excited and opened the package as soon as I reached home. The box was empty, product was missing and there is only instruction manual inside the box.

I ordered online a drawer from Kmart. One week later, I messaged their customer service to ask about my order. They said that the order was confirmed. They also added that there was no time frame for my delivery to arrive. To my surprise, they just canceled my order yesterday and now chose to refund me after some business days. They had terrible service and treated customers very badly.

Kmart made me wait over a week for my delivery, saying the delivery was in transit. Suddenly they decided to cancel the delivery and refund my money. Don’t trust their online service 👍

Theres more inefficiency,s at Kmart On Line than New Zealander can Imagine. Earlier in the month i purchased a Radio Controlled Truck Toy for my Great Grandson. It showed it came with a Lithian rechargeable battery, no sign of a charger. I wrote to Kmart on line asking if i could purchase the charger separately. The reply stated they (kmart on Line) had a specialist team of people answering techo questions..... 4 weeks later Kmart on line, still no contact. Can you actually imagine how your customers feel about your total lack of customer service. Have you thought of actually putting these un excusable retail errors right. Its really un exceptionable Kmart on Line. Think about it please.

It was pretty hassle free. Enjoyed variety if goods. Bought earphones to replace overpriced and useless noel leeming wireless ones. Came back the next day. Bought beach swag, inexpensive. Better quality than wharehouse. Only reason mist a star is cause the websites tellkmart is iffie.

I ordered bedding on 18th for a guest who was arriving on 26th October. I ordered things from the Warehouse and KMart on the same day. The Warehouse stuff arrived in two days. The k mart stuff was shipped on 25th-why? It arrived on 26th when I was on the airport trip, but signature required meant I could not pick it up until 27th. The ancor stuff is cheap and really only fit for the bin anyway. So all in all a heap of stress from unreliable Kmart.

Terrible place to order multiple items online. Bought 9 toys through the website instead of sending them out bulk? Toys were sent in 3 different deliveries weeks later... Poor service, no email to let me know what's going on, I got an email a few weeks later. Not a place to buy bulk for delivery...

Website says there’s stock in store. Do a click and collect order. A few hours later, I am refunded. Has happened 3x in a rows for multiple different items. Useless.
