So Xmas is fast approaching. I went onto the Kmart website and picked out approximately 21 items for my eight-year-olds Christmas presents. It cost me a little over $300. I was told it would arrive on the Tuesday, today is Saturday and they said it’s coming with couriers please and gave me the tracking information and when I put that into the system couriers please could not give me a date that it would arrive, and to make matters worse. They use this delivery company and they have no contact information you cannot call or do online chat with couriers please. You just have to wait until they’re ready to deliver. I’ve called Kmart every day and gone ontoto the online chat every day trying to find out where they are and what’s happening afraid that they’re gonna run out of the gifts I want for my son and they still can’t give me a date they just keep telling me to wait a few more days! so I went online and did a click and collect for the items in multiple stores and I’ll have to drive around the whole of Gold Coast to collect them and even then the items I had chosen they had said that some of them are not available even though they are available to choose so okay that’s fine. I gave up. I searched and I did another click and click for a store that seem to have most of them when I got there The store actually had all of the items even though the website said they didn’t, so now I’ve got an online order that I cannot cancel because it’s Home delivery and two click and collects that I’m having trouble getting cancelled because they are making excuses. They’re saying they are very busy and have lots of orders. Well of course you are. It’s Christmas you idiot it’s not a surprise. It comes around the same time every year so why aren’t you stacking your staff up to be prepared for this type of thing? Absolutely amazed that a company like Kmart cannot get something as simple as this done. so now I have to wait for my click and collect to be cancelled and I have to wait for my Home delivery to be delivered so I can refuse to sign for it and it will be returned to the store and I ventral I will get a refund, this is the advice from one of the online store team members or I have to take the 21 items in to the store to get a refund because they can’t cancel our Home delivery. This is the craziest shopping spree I have ever encountered. My advice to everyone out there is try Big W first or even Target as Joe they sell Anko products. Well I feel a little bit better for now from venting and I came and doesn’t care what is that 26 million people in Australia and I’m just one little flea that they don’t seem to care about they don’t try and go above and beyond they don’t offer any compensation they just do nothing, one man is nothing to the corporate giant like they are.

Price: $59.00 from K mart. I’m not sure if anyone else has found this, but the size is missing by about half an inch in corners of fitting the sheet. So annoying, as I have a nightmare stretching and pulling to get it to fit. Is this another cost saving thing with shortening the size of material! I wonder if it is. The quality of the sheet seems fine, no problem but fitting is so not true to size. First time I’ve come across this with queen sheets and I’ve purchased many.
I wouldn’t but this brand again based on the size but quality appears good so far. It’s a shame.

We took it home and Master L dropped the helmet on the floor as it doesn’t sit properly on his head he is 4yo and piece snapped!
The belt doesn’t stay secure & it keeps falling off even though it has holes and hook into but doesn’t matter what hole it falls off as it isn’t secure!
Save your $29 big disappointment!
Why is Kmart so unkept?
Kmart has a perfect chance of being one of the greatest shops if not for its uuntidiness. I am not overreacting or overphrasing.
I will start with the carts. And believe me when I say, you guys really need to invest on them. Most of them screetch and their wheels stop abruptly and they are screechy and somewhat unstable.
Almost everything is set in the wrong place, squishmallows scattered on the floor, and why bother putting labels on the shelving if the object isn't even in the right place? Is this a strategy to confuse us with objects to make us buy higher priced goods?
It is also easy to lose stuff and it is hard to navigate through without experience inside.
There are tons of stuff on the floors of the place where you pay for your stuff as well. I don't know how that even gets to be messy. It's also a great headache to go through with checking, the line is incredibly wrong and you bump everywhere.
I feel like the store could do much better with better organizing. And the organizing could be a lot better. From all the shops I've been to, Sylvia Park's Kmart is the most unkept. The prices are low, and elsewhere the shop is good which is why the rating is three. But this list I've given I think many people would agree with. And would it kill to remind customers to keep things in the right place? Or to gather up staff and clean it up.
Anyways, you might just think I am going on about nothing, but I feel it is important for Kmart to know this opinion.
Charged me for an order
Charged me for an order, website crashed and now there si no way for them to refund me. I paid to not recieve my item and not have an order go through, this is the worst service I have ever recieved from a website.

Edit: after trying to call Kmart Albany a lot of times with no answer I called kmart customer service and the lady there was really nice listening to me complain and de-escalated the situation by free shipping. Much better experience I wish they all were like that.
Worst customer service ever! You order something online that is in stock and few days later they send another email saying that it’s sold out but then you check online and it says that it’s not out of stock … and when I tried to raise this issue with their customer service they just said oh sorry nothing we can do … just trying to get me off the chat so the person can go home … at the end Roshel has just quit the chat EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Kmart Won't Refund Delivery Fee for Out of Stock Item
My brother ordered a Basketball System from Kmart, which came with a $68.65 delivery fee due to its size. After taking my payment, Kmart cancelled the item because it was out of stock but refused to refund the delivery fee. Despite multiple contacts, they still haven’t returned the delivery fee for an item that was never delivered! This is unacceptable, and I’ll think twice before shopping online with Kmart again.

a total of 20 items including the body, 10 accessories (including blades) were missing.
I bought a food processor through Kmart's online shopping because their physical stores were out of stock (only one store in another city, a 6-hour drive away). A week later, I received the product and out of a total of 20 items including the body, 10 accessories (including blades) were missing.
1. The product was packaged in a mailing with durable plastic bag so it's clear there was no possibility of theft during shipping.
2. The shipping company should have checked the weight before sending it out but Kmart couldn’t have missed the weight difference.
3. Do they not check the products before shipping them out?
When I asked them, their response was even more absurd:
1. They told me to go to a physical store to exchange it (a 6-hour drive). If I could go there, would I need to order online?
2. They said if I wasn't in a hurry, I could wait 8 weeks for them to order and send the missing parts. So, I have to wait 8 weeks before I can use this product?
They are refunding my money, I am angry about such an outrageous human error from a major chain store, and I have lost trust in them.

I went in this afternoon to Nelson branch to exchange some tops for little miss fussy 12. We got tops she wanted, went to returns counter with our previous purchase, tickets intact, original receipt. But did not have original card, which I explained was happy to exchange. The older lady behind the returns desk I felt was really rude. She was adamant that I needed the original card, which again I explained was happy exchanging, she said well you'll have to have a voucher.i said yes an exchange voucher.she said we don't do exchange vouchers. I just felt belittled and walked out feeling rather defeated. I shop there all the time and have always walked out happy and wanting to return. I don't usually complain, but just felt the customer service was very off!

Received email confirmation with error missing delivery message I added and showing to leave unattended ($400 worth if product no way!!! I put instructions do not leave if no one home along with contact details for the person receiving)
Tried over a 4 hour period to call Botany Kmart no one answering tried bring transferees to dirrfent dept in the hope someone would answer nothing and on hold over 15min ever time extremely frustrated..
I call the Kmart office finally got to speak to someone again extremely unhelpful only to find out that my list had been processed across numerous stores asked to cancel and was advised No order in system you will receive tracking number by end of day the I can call courier company to sort myself..
Well it is day 2 only 1 tracking number for 4 items worth $4.00 where is the rest of my order??? $396 I called again still picking orders not helpful maybe by end of today more tracking numbers apparently I just have to wait..
When asked why I was told orders had been picked yesterday & I could not cancel I was advised that order was sitting in system waiting to be picked so NO cancellation allowed..
I am very unhappy with the service overall & hopefully my items arrive safely.
I will never shop online with Kmart ever again & will be advising everyone I meet to avoid them also..

Had a great experience from Diane at Kmart Papanui branch. She sorted out an issue quick and smart she's a pristine staff member was taken aback how onto her job she is. Had to mention as she really puts herself out to keep the customers happy, she deserves a pay rise very hard worker Diane, thank you.

I ordered a carseat. It was Kmart marketplace seller. I was supposed to receive it last Monday, but didn't. No way to speak to an actual person at Kmart. No response from Ebuzz (market place seller). No response from messages left on order page. In short, no customer service from any parties involved.
