I had a size problem that was satisfactorily resolved
Bought a pair of shoes and the size was wrong due to the size chart. I informed of the problem and Kush (CEO) inmediatly got in touch with me to look for a solution. With some indications, they made a new pair of shoes for me that fit perfectly, and took over all costs (delivery and european taxes). They even gave me a pair of bedroom slippers for the inconvenience!
So, despite the first displeasure, I'm grateful for how they managed the situation and the continious information they gave me all along the process.
Of course, the shoes are GEORGEOUS.
ADVICE: check the size charts, specially if you are used to european (not UK) sizing, because they're a bit smaller than usual. And consult them if you have any doubt because they're kind and will solve it

Product/Service Review
I was pleased with your product but somewhat concerned with the method of delivery, in as much as the delivery method was not in accordance with that which I requested and believed was agreed upon. Hopefully, that issue can be reconciled with my next order. I normally utilize G4S or Mololine, and occasionally Wells Fargo for pickup in Gilgil, Kenya, where I reside.

Receptive and Responsive
***This is an update to a previous review where I expressed disappointment regarding my order and offered a number of suggestions.
The team at Kitu Kali was receptive to the critique and ensured that my original order was fulfilled. I'm pleasantly surprised that my recommendations were taken seriously and that the response was to rectify the situation in real time. Online shopping can be a risky affair but I'm glad that the team was able to resolve a legitimate concern and turn it around in a positive way.
I'm very happy with the final product and fully intend to make more purchases in the future.

Excellent shoes
Very nice concept of adding Kenyan prints to shoes and making a classic design out of them. My wife n I got matching prints n we both got the proper size and fitting plus the design goes well with all different outfits.
Good quality product.

I saw prices in PLN (Polish currency).
I placed the order and I think that's the signed deal between the seller and the buyer.
So I would expect that you fulfill the condition of the deal.
I'm not responsible if the system of marketing you created was not prepared enough carefully.
I just use the link and offer you have sent to me.
My expectation is that you sent me goods according to the price you offered to me.

Hi, as mentioned over email, the country you had put on your delivery address was "Kenya". The city and 1st line of the address that you had put was not a Kenyan address, and therefore we could not deliver your order. We had asked you to place your order again on the correct website that allows European deliveries and that would have allowed you to put "Poland" as a country, but instead you chose to write this review, which is very unfair. We always do what we can to satisfy our customers and we had given you an alternative to place the order to allow us to deliver the order to Poland, but you did not want to take this option. We do apologise that in the first instance for whatever reason you had landed on our Africa website. Sometimes technology does not work the way we want it to, but as a small business we do try to improve our systems all the time and feedback like this will allow us to do that, so thank you.
