I recently ordered Women’s Chanel Sneakers, it was such a straight forward process. The guy was so helpful throughout the whole process, kept me up to date with delivery etc. Ordered my shoes late Sunday night received them by Wednesday. Couldn’t be happier and in perfect timing for Christmas!

Awful customer service. Waited over a week for my order the tracking details wasn’t matching dpd was supposed to be delivered Friday with express shipping didn’t arrive until Monday. Wouldn’t use again.

Product delivery time great but there is a fault with the t shirt and no one is taking ownership , worn one the label on neck of T-shirt fell off , ok can make my peace with that but hole under the arm no .. not worn since 3 times I have emailed they ask for order info and nothing !

Once they have received the money and something needs to be returned,it’s a different story!
Needed an exchange for a different size,communication is near on non existent and still waiting on updates,
Although the quality of the things they sell is brilliant,you expect the same in customer service.

Still waiting for delivery since 25th July customer Service contacted me, confirming my shoe size for the Yeezy Foam runner as my shoe size is UK7 (which I ordered) and recommended I go a whole size up.
