The Kindbag medium backpack was a perfect day bag for (very long) walks around NYC! It was also within Virgin Atlantic's maximum dimensions for an under-seat carry-on bag. It's beautifully designed and very comfortable - you can get a lot of kit in there, and the internal pockets mean that it's easy to find even small items. I like the hidden security pocket too. I bought this last-minute, online, when my old rucksack's zip failed. The Royal Mail tracking wasn't working at first, but the excellent Kindbag Customer Service team responded pretty quickly to my (slightly panicky!) email, and the bag did arrive in less than 48 hours. Highly recommended product and company.

Had the most fantastic customer service after the zip broke on the crossbody bag I purchased from a retailer in Lincoln. Emailed on a Friday late morning and received an immediate response. After confirming proof of purchase and sending photos of the fault couldn’t believe it when the postman knocked on Monday morning with a replacement bag. Amazing! Please support this small business ❤️

I am thrilled with my navy medium Hackney backpack, bought at an extremely reasonable price in the sale. It is smart and incredibly practical, and can carry lots of my daily requirements without being too bulky - I've used it as a gym bag as well. I got caught in a heavy shower recently and everything inside stayed as dry as a bone. I love the compartments inside and out, and the straps are comfortable and easy to adjust. The bag is very well-made, with sturdy zips and magnet fasteners that function very well. I can see myself getting lots and lots of use out of it! Lastly, customer service was exemplary - the bag was promptly despatched and well-packed. I love the ethos of this company and heartily recommend its products.

I know it’s ’just a bag’ but it has been so handy!!! Good quality, folds back nicely! I got a couple for my daughters who are forever buying bags! Would recommend for sure

One of the fasteners in my lunch bag fell out. Kind Bag were very quick to respond by email that they would help. Then after sending a couple of photos, they replaced the bag within 3 days.

refund policy regarding outbound shipping is contra to statutory consumer rights regulations - you must refund the purchase price and also refund the cost of standard delivery (within the 14 day notice to cancel period)

return portal is confusing and return UK address is incomplete (without a postcode)

you cannot expect online customers to pay shipping both ways when they change their minds

I purchased a bag from Kind London for the first time after seeing an ad on social media. I wanted one suitable as a cabin bag but also a bag that I could use every day. I am delighted with the quality of the bag I have received - it is the perfect size with so many useful storage pockets. The fact that it is made from recycled bottles and makes it perfect for having around the pool too! I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

I absolutely love my backpack from Kindbag! The quality is fantastic and it feels really well made. It has plenty of extra storage pockets inside, which makes it so easy to keep everything organised.

My friend bought me a foldable shopping bag from Kindbag and it’s fantastic. Amazing quality and such a cute design I absolutely love it. It’s so easy to fold back into its compact version but still holds loads! Will deffo be looking to get more in the future.

These bags are great! I've now purchased two - one pink and one green 🩷💚 They look great, are just the right size and the fact that they are made from recycled bottles is amazing too 💚 They both arrived quickly and the price is great. I'll definitely purchase more from this company.

The two bags I bought are really large and roomy. I am slowly filling them with presents for my twin grand-daughter's birthdays and then they go in the suitcases and get carried to Canada. The girls will love the bags and I am sure they will continue to use them after all the presents have gone.
