We're sorry to hear that the Long Handled Weeding Knife did not meet your expectations. This tool is designed specifically for removing weeds from narrow gaps, such as between paving slabs, and for reaching deep enough to remove roots from tap-rooted weeds.

As we are keen to understand where our products may not be meeting customers' needs, we would be interested to hear more about the task you were using the tool for and what you felt it was unable to achieve.

We understand you have previously spoken with our Customer Service Team regarding a return. If the tool remains unused and is in its original packaging, you are still within the returns period and may return it to us for a refund. As advised, we do not currently offer a collection service, so the return would need to be arranged directly with a courier of your choice. Once received and inspected, we would be happy to process the refund.
