I bought two dresses for a wedding returned the one that wasn’t right. 1 month later no refund. I got told to wait up to 29 days and that it would be processed by the 25th. Followed it up and now been told I would have it by 1st of May 2026. What in the world is wrong with this company? What retails store takes one month to process a refund? There is no excuse to not refund an item they have in hand! Against the law! It’s theft!

Worst experience ever. I bought a skirt that never arrived, and the customer service has been appalling. After dozens of emails, no one has taken responsibility. Karen Millen blames the collection point (InPost), and InPost blames Karen Millen.

InPost never sent the QR code needed to collect the parcel. Since I purchased the item from Karen Millen, I expected them to provide a solution. Instead, after several emails, their support team told me to complain to Seel — another useless service.

Seel has a 10‑day window to resolve issues, but Karen Millen only informed me about Seel two weeks later, making it impossible for them to help. So now I’m left without the skirt, without a refund, and without any company taking responsibility.

Saw the reviews after I had purchased 2 dresses and was really concerned about the refund situation. My experience was surprisingly good - received the items quickly, the return was easy for both dresses and received the refund within the timeframes quoted.

Abysmal customer service and zero care.

My parcel got lost during return. I've contacted courrier service, however they explained that Karen Millen has to contact them instead - as they have a contract with a courrier company. All the have to do is send an email and say that parcel is lost.
Karen Millen refused to help me completely - to contact the courrier, help to look for parcel or any other solution. Mind you, I didn't even ask for a refund - only for them to contact the courrier.
Please stay away and spend your money with the company that has respect to you.

Ordered a dress a month ago for my 60th birthday party. Still not arrived and apparently I need to wait another 2 weeks before they consider it lost! They use Evri who are known to be awful. Can’t speak to a person just an AI bot who repeats the same answer again and again. Really surprised that such a good brand has such shocking service. They need to learn from John Lewis or M and S!

Ordered based on Karen Millen’s advertised 6–8 business day delivery timeframe, but the items arrived too late to be used after delays and conflicting updates from customer service.
I was repeatedly told delivery was imminent, and later informed there was a delay, yet when the order arrived late, I was still required to pay a return fee.
Customer service then relied on a 30-day clause in their terms to justify the delay, despite the shorter delivery timeframe advertised at checkout.
Given this was an order of over $600, the lack of flexibility over a small return fee was particularly disappointing.
While this may be technically within their terms, it doesn’t reflect good customer service.

Had to return some dresses/hats etc that were ordered which was easy enough process. Couldn't fit everything in to 1 parcel and had unfortunately not put as separate returns so only had 1 QR code. Got in touch with customer services who sorted it out for me and issued new QR code thanks for the help Jade W for your prompt response. I had to come off the helpline due to a meeting but when I returned she had sent me code so I didn't have to go through the whole process again

If I could afford it I would shop here, so much to like. Item I purchased I wanted for ages, saw it on another web site. Well this week is my birthday and it was on sale. Ordered my regular size and hoped for the best. Item fitted nicely and the quality is ok . Suitable for the spring summer bottom line happy with my purchase. Item turned up nicely folded in a plastic bag, no issues there.

One small neg I am a shortie so sleeves were a tad long, but I can work with it.No issue with the length, hit exactly where I like. Bottom line Thanks

Avoid. Unethical, potentially unlawful practices

I’ve shopped with Karen Millen for years and they have now started adding SEEL insurance as a pre-ticked add on, replying on your spotting it and working out how to remove. This is a direct breach of Trading Standards. They are refusing to refund the charge. Unethical and potentially unlawful behaviour from Karen Millen.

Awful customer service, stay away! First, we purchased a dress which arrived in the wrong size. Took over 14 days to finally get a voucher to purchase it again. Did a second order, and the wrong item arrived. Told the KAI chatbot and received multiple replies from different agents, so ended up buying the same dress a THIRD TIME (I guess I don't learn??); asked for a partial refund since the dress I received is a lesser price and was told their policies prevent them from doing so?? what???? I added the "worry free" insurance which is completely worthless!! Clothes are nice, but their customer service practices are awful. Prefer to go back to Shein!!

Karen Millen charges for worry free delivery automatically and customers need to opt out. I used their phone app. Payment button is visible prominently in the screen and one need to scroll to see this auto additional charges. Contact customer services. They are pathetic and can’t understand the issue.

Awful my two supposedly exquisite outfits turned up in a screwed up old polythene bag one of them had human hair all over it, lint and the collar of the one outfit had what I can only describe as makeup this is the scritty quality of one of the outfits customer service is the same stupid robotic idiotic. I won’t be buying from Karen Millen again I mean where’s they get their supplies from “temu”?

Headline: FRAUDULENT REFUND PRACTICES - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
"I am currently in a formal dispute with Karen Millen. I returned my order on January 29th (confirmed by USPS tracking). On March 31st, they explicitly confirmed via Messenger and email that they had received the items and processed my refund. However, as of today, April 17th, I have not received my money.
Now, they are shamelessly refusing to help, stating: 'Unfortunately, because it has been over a month since your return, we are unable to investigate or assist further.' This is a scam. They confirmed the refund was processed, delayed the actual payment, and are now using their own delay to avoid paying me back. I have all the screenshots of them admitting to receiving the return and processing the credit. Do not shop here; they will keep your money and your returned clothes."

Nice dress although arrived really creased and the sizing was totally off even though I used the size guide.
Really slow delivery and still waiting for return and refund confirmation so won’t use again because of this slow turnaround.

After placing my order I tried to add the promotion code and the system did not recognise it I then contacted the customer service team where I was assisted by Jessie and Jade W who both help helped to resolve my issue promptly

Mir gefallen sowohl die ausgefallenen Kleidungsstücke als auch die sehr gute Verarbeitung der einzelnen Stücke. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich meine Interaktion mit dem Kundenservice. Ich hatte einen Rock bestellt und keine Bestellbestätigung erhalten, obwohl der Geldbetrag für den Rock von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht wurde. Nach ein paar Tagen schrieb ich an den Kundenservice, schilderte mein Problem und obwohl weder Auftragsnummer, noch sonst ein konkreter Hinweis da war, kümmerte sich der Kundenservice sofort und sehr professionell um mein Anlegen, sodass innerhalb kurzer Zeit das Problem behoben war. Und das alles auf eine sehr nette Art. Vielen Dank.
