Would give it 0 if there was an option…con artists!

Horrendous company …avoid at all costs !!

You’d be better just throwing your money in the bin !

5 weeks I have been fighting this sham of a con artist company they call Karen Millen !

I’ve contacted Mahmoud the owner of Debenhams group that owns Karen Millen
I’ve contacted the police
I’ve contacted my credit card company
I’ve contacted Seel the refund co they deal with

£700 I’ve literally lost trying to fight to get my money back!

Evri lost my parcel either that or Karen Millen never sent to them !

5 weeks I’ve been fighting to get my money back it’s disgusting how they treat customers !!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !

This is not the Karen Millen we all knew and loved!

Just avoid the stress for the sake of a dress ..

I am going to make it my mission to let everyone know how bad this company is - so no one else looses their money. I am going to post every day on instagram till someone takes notice and does something about this awful company ! My comments are on instagram! I am going to make sure no one else looses money from this shameful Manchester family who run boohoo and Debenhams and Karen Millen etc …

Refund not received

I returned my order and got a confirmation 1 month ago that refund has been processed but never received my money back. I had good experience in the past with them, but reading these reviews I will avoid buying from them ever again.

Rip off

Bought two dresses (size 10 and 12) as I wasn't sure which one would fit. Sadly, had to return both. I haven't received any email from Karen Millen CS to confirm they received the package, although Evri showed it as received. I emailed them (because their chat apparently is only compatible with Apple devices). I received a reply within a day, in which they quoted £14.44 less than my order total as refund amount. When I asked why, they told me they "do not refund the delivery charge, returns charge or protection fee". What a palaver!

Do not use!

I immediately contacted them but I cannot get passed the bot process. KM is not customer facing and no doubt I'll be charge something for my £400 order and to return!
Do not use... unless you are really happy with your selection. This company failes every trading standard point. Ill be seeking more advice that's for sure!

BEWARE SEEL ILLEGALITY BY KM

The pre-ticked box for Seel on the website is not permitted under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Over six orders I have been charged £87+. This service is deviously added as default by KM. Trading Standards advice makes clear a trader must obtain the agreement of consumers for additional payments and that they specifically CANNOT use a default pre-ticked tick box. In such cases, a consumer is entitled to request a refund. KM ARE REFUSING TO GIVE MINE.

Trading Standards advice goes even further and notes 'post delivery theft coverage' which Seel covers should not be seen as “ additional” to consumer laws. Risk only passes to the consumer when they take delivery i.e. if the item is stolen due to the negligence of the delivery firm, it is Karenmillen not the consumer who is liable for any costs. This therefore makes Seel entirely pointless, other than to make KM a lot of money and to make shoppers feel cheated. OTHER: The customer service is very slow but reliable in my experience.

Please read other reviews and stay away!

Abysmal customer service and zero care.

My parcel got lost during return. I've contacted courrier service, however they explained that Karen Millen has to contact them instead - as they have a contract with a courrier company. All the have to do is send an email and say that parcel is lost.
Karen Millen refused to help me completely - to contact the courrier, help to look for parcel or any other solution. Mind you, I didn't even ask for a refund - only for them to contact the courrier.
Please stay away and spend your money with the company that has respect to you.

Absolutely rubbish.
First sent wrong item and would do nothing until 'the wrong item' had been returned. Correct item then came and was a totally different shade to the matching item because it was a 'different batch'. Customer services coudn't care less, takes ages to respond (like robots), if they do at all... and to crown it all they take a service charge off each return, DESPITE above. Goodbye Karen Millen, never again

Awful customer care and sub standard item

Honestly, will never shop with them again. Ordered a coat worth £400, arrived with thick black hairs stuck to it and creased in a plastic bag! Then, sent it straight back and had to wait ONE MONTH for my money back! Terrible service all round! No human to phone- customer service poor- avoid!!! I will not ever shop here again.

Returns process broken

Oh man, dreadful.

Sent 3 items back. Using return labels as directed.
6 weeks on ( post office tracking and inpost both confirm the return)

No refunds. Useless customer services. Now telling me that the items have now got to be returned from the concession to them before confirmation of return. ( owed over £140 )

They talk absolute nonsense in their email. Processes are broken. Either that or widespread fraud in their warehouse?

Honestly, it's my last purchase. I will continue to email them. But I feel as though I'm getting nowhere.

9th May. 20 plus email chases. Engaged with countless bots. 2 refunds received 1 refund still outstanding.

Honestly useless, frustrating, dreadfull processes.

Come on Karen give me £90 that you owe me.

DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I bought a dress but when it arrived it is faulty. I’ve been advised by their utterly unhelpful customer service team that I could return the dress for a refund but it will cost me £4 to return the dress. It is utterly disgraceful to be selling faulty items then expect customers to burden the cost to return the item. I will never buy from them ever again

I order coat for 230£ and recive…

I order coat for 230£ and recive JEANS!!! Which even aren't from Karen Millen, tottaly differend brand.Customer service replied return the coat and then we give you refund, but there is not coat!!! Open paypal case , but when the first time they sayd Karen Millen is right because the tracking number said it's delivered to me, so I made chargeback from bank. This is the only way... Total SCAM!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a dress from Karen Millen which was of poor quality and faulty with missing crystal tiles. I returned the dress on 18th March and have an email confirmation saying it has been received by the retailer. Have been chasing for a refund on their WhatsApp number ever since, we are now 2nd April, just keep going round in circles (must be an AI Bot), they confirmed I would have refund in 15 days. Still no refund and today the WhatsApp message says I have exceeded the returns period. An absolute joke! they also don't have a telephone number. So if you value your time and money, do not order from this company. Feels like I've been scammed!

Awful company to deal with, charged >£10 postage for buying and returning a £56 dress. They put a delivery protection cost in there. Customer service just gave rude response: your responsibility. thanks Paul!

I’d give 0 star if I could

I’d give 0 star if I could! Shocking return service and customer service. Having had no refund a week after I could see by tracking that my parcel has been returned, I contacted customer services. After 10 days back and forth and being asked the same Qs over and over again I’ve had to raise a complaint … this is still being dealt with and the two dresses I returned … well they still have my money of £290 😡
I’d be very wary of ordering further as they are taking in my case over a month and I’ve still no refund. (Despite me carefully tracking etc)

I purchased from this company a few…

I purchased from this company a few months ago and they never sent me a confirmation email. I returned the items and saw a miscalculation on my Klarna app. After numerous emails to Customer Service they have come up with a reason for this miscalculation. They said I had unticked the SWAP box which I firmly denied. I have asked them for evidence of this unticked SWAP box and they have closed my complaint query. They do not wish to send me this information. WARNING This Company will take your money and will not cooperate with you. So as I write this review I am still emailing them with no response. I intend taking this case further. So do be careful when purchasing and returning goods to Karen Millen. Takes a long time to receive monies back.

I am very disappointed with Karen…

I am very disappointed with Karen Milen's service. I ordered two items. I received the cardigan, but I didn't like it, so I sent it back. And I didn't receive the dresses I ordered at all. But now i want to receiv money I paid. I try to contact them, but the answer is an automated system. I am very, very disappointed.
