Had to return some dresses/hats etc that were ordered which was easy enough process. Couldn't fit everything in to 1 parcel and had unfortunately not put as separate returns so only had 1 QR code.... Vis mer

I accept the loss of the postage but the rest is outrageous and I won’t buy from them again.

Express delivery took 14 days plus charged a return fee.
Extremely disappointed. I paid for express delivery, yet my items took 14 days to arrive—far too late for the event I needed them for. To then be charged a return fee on top of the delay is unacceptable. I won’t be shopping with Karen Millen again; a very poor customer experience.

Helaas heb ik geen goede ervaring met de KM online winkel. Het retourproces duurt erg lang en ondanks twee e-mails heb ik mijn geld nog steeds niet terug ontvangen, terwijl mijn retourzending al 10 dagen geleden bij hen is aangekomen.
Ik wil anderen waarschuwen voor deze werkwijze. Ik ben blijkbaar niet de enige met dit probleem. Het roept bij mij eerlijk gezegd de vraag op waarom terugbetalingen zo lang moeten duren en waarvoor het geld in de tussentijd wordt gebruikt.
Voor mij voorlopig geen bestelling meer hier.

Returned a dress £86 NO Refund
Returned a dress £86, waited for 10 days then they refunded £86 on credit card that was PENDING for over 10 days, now the refund has disappeared and Karen Millen have my money back, raised this with customer service at Karen Millen to be told this can take another 8 days to investigate, I will be going to Trading Standard ... ... AVOID this company

Awful experience
If I could put less than 1 star I would do that.
It used to be wonderful company in 2000 but not anymore. First of all, I paid about 150 euros for a dress and it came with an ugly plastic bag worse than the ones they use on Temu 😭 so disheartening
Then, I tried to return the dress back as it was too large and it turned out that I have to pay other 150 euros for delivery as I’m located in Europe. When I tried to address this to customer service this just repeated the same that this is the only option. However, I’m not satisfied with this option. How is it possible that I pay more for delivery than for a dress??? Do they also pay same amount to send it to Europe???? This is just unacceptable!!!!!
If you are in Europe don’t buy anything there online!!!!!!

Small claims court next. It seems as though after 20 plus emails, all i get is " we will contact the warehouse, please allow"

I had a little issue to send back an item and Jade in customer service was very helpful and sorted my problem out.
Very disappointing experience
Very disappointing experience. Often instead of a refund KM offers gift cards/vouchers, but in my case, none of them worked. Either there was no pin provided or the code wasn’t recognised by the system. The most disappointing thing is that Customer service failed to resolve the issue with the gift cards/vouchers and refused to provide any refund, this resulted in several hundreds pounds loss for me. They simply lost a premier customer as I will never purchase from them anymore. Be cautious about accepting refunds as vouchers — you may end up being unable to use them and out of pocket.

My parcel was received by Karen Millen yesterday. I’ve had no acknowledgment from them, can’t get through to customer services, chatting to a useless bot on Facebook and there are absolutely no updates only account on the app.
Do better Karen Millen. Your clothes are expensive and your worry free returns was added to my order without my realising, was too difficult to cancel and in the end it has not been “worry free”

Returns policy not clear at all
Returns policy not clear at all. Ordered dresses from the same concession store but had to return individually, each parcel costing me. Wouldn’t have needed to return multiple parcels if a dress hadn’t arrived damaged. Won’t be using Karen Millen to order from again

2. Stealth addition of a worry free purchase charge of £2.99 at check out which i didn't select, and had to get refunded.
3. Unable to return the item (which was lovely but too large as per point 1.) for a refund rather than store credit. "Customer services" were unhelpful with this.
4. Gift voucher for store credit not arrived despite return being received 3 weeks ago.
I've bought from Karen Millen over the years but this experience has put me off doing so again.
Don't expect a refund any time soon...
The item I ordered took over a week to arrive. When it finally came it was poor quality and a poor fit so I immediately started the return process and requested a refund. That was three weeks ago. I contacted them yesterday to find out where my refund was and was passed back and to between two different departments both of which gave me contrasting and incorrect advice. I was told to upload screenshots of my tracking details and also of my refund request because they had no record of it but there was no way that I could do that. Eventually, I told them that I could see that they are scammers and I would be taking further action. This morning, I have an email confirming that my refund has been processed. It will be interesting to see if I actually receive my money. Watch this space.
Definitely don't buy anything from this appalling company. I hadn't realised that what was once a luxury brand has been taken over by one that is notoriously terrible. Cheap and nasty with very dodgy customer service.
Unacceptable
If I could put 0, I would. I’ve been waiting since February to get a refund. They first blew me off and said I had received. When they gave me the dates, the date for the refund was prior to them receiving the items. When I pointed this out, they said oh, there is a known issue with refunds. They even stopped responding within the typical timeframe with BBB. Unacceptable. What options do consumers have besides BBB?

Worst on line company to get a refund
Worst on line company to get a refund. If you encounter problems go through resolve or contact your bank who will get your money back for you. Also do not waste your time using facebook messenger to message them or email them as there is nobody to pick up any correspondence from customers.
