Don’t ever buy from them
never pay to support a brand that abuses people online

Company ethics are disgraceful. Do not order from a brand who are derogatory and demeaning to anyone who calls out their behaviour. Give your money to a business with morals.

Awful customer service.

Paid $340 for a huge order. It never arrived. Did not respond to my emails. Considering legal action. I've had enough.

Maybe don't bodyshame people who know more about ethical business practices than you if you want a good rating? Might be a good place to start rather than crying on Instagram 🙄🙄🙄

Unethical, shift the blame, take no accountability as a brand and instead of a genuine apology “owners dad” victimises the owner.

Emailed them 2 weeks ago, and still nothing!!! It wasn’t to criticize them at all it was asking about shipping details. Still nothing while writing this. I understand they are in hot water, but this proves the point that the water is starting to boil.

The Owner is just terrible! Terrible customer service! The makeup is chalky and just plain terrible. Do not waist your money!

Just read what the owner says to people that the owner believes doesnt live up to their beauty standards. Called this woman fatty and told her to sort our her scabby skin. Absolutely abhorrent behavior from someone who owns a beauty brand. Disgusting to speak to anyone that way. No one should support this brand. Absolutely horrible.

Really awful brand which doesn’t support women. Calls people fatty and scabby on social media and tries to flood trustpilot with good reviews to make up for the bad. Really terrible company. Don’t support them.

Just received the multiverse palette, along with a lovely free gift of a liquid eyeshadow. Arrived super quickly and very safely packaged and nothing was broken. I promise, I speak as I find and I have zero complaints and the eyeshadows are beautiful as allways. Please take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt, there's a witch hunt going on because the brand owner reacted unwisely to a comment that was a rather inflammatory, snidey one that IMO was designed to provoke a reaction.

Brought products and instead of getting the products I got verbal abuse. Awful owner.

Made two orders the same by mistake, immediately contacted the store via email and never once received a reply and still waiting.

I ordered their Disney palette and it came with bullying and fat shaming!

I ordered four products from this company and was shipped an empty package. When I reached out to the company, the owner started screaming at me. Broke me to tears. I will eat the cost of the products as my anxiety cannot handle the verbal abuse.

First, they were on Instagram begging for fake reviews over here. They got a bad review, surprisingly🙄, and wanted to drown it out by fake positive ones.
They decided to call a girl who said something about that a fatty and told her to fix her skin.
You should definitely find another company to buy makeup from.
Very unethical business practices
Hopefully they will be out of business by this time next year.
