I was very excited to receive my order, but unfortunately it still hasn't arrived to this day. I even messaged them on Instagram back in 2023 (the year I placed the order), and nothing came of it. I really wish I could get my money back

My experience with PLC has been nothing short of a delight!!! From the amazing selection of products to the customer service when I needed a tracking number. Even though I’m in US and they are UK and have a totally different time zone, they always responded quickly and assisted me with what I needed. They were lovely!!! I received my glitters today and could not be happier with them!!!! If you’re looking for high quality glitters, this is definitely the place for you <3

I ordered from them on 2 occasions.
The first time it was okay, small sample but it took me a month to arrive and I had to pay for customs which was expensive, but the product per se was worth it.
So, a couple of months after I tried again, this time with a bigger order: a personalized eyeshadow pallete and another item - body glitter, I think.
Since the first time it all went fine, I trusted the process. This was December 2025. I ordered, paid and waited.
A month in still nothing, i tried to email them - it came back saying the email didn't exist. I tried to contact them on social media, explain what happened - nothing. No one ever answered me back, no one even bothered to ask what had happened.
Shame, really. Their products are great, but considering their lack of consideration towards some costumers, they lose potential.

Takes over a week to come but really surprised got a £10 mystery bag came with stickers, eyebrow pencil and a whole pallet of eyeshadows having to order another mystery bag as my little sister has already claimed the pallet I’ve just received
Absolutely fantastic bill for the money. I know some people don’t like to wait so long to receive their orders but kind of worth the wait little sister very happy 😂

I was geniunely excited to recieved these products as they look so great on social media. I ordered in June 2026 and order is still not delivered, its shows as on way on tracking. Despite numerous emails, messages on business whats app, direct messanger and my deleted comments under posts (which is not my style but had no other option) I’m being ignored. This is so disappointing as I would have been a regular buyer due to being involved in dance world and these products would have been amazing. I hope to get a reply here at least as there appears to be customer service presence here? PLEASE could I be refunded or at least sent the products I paid for PLC???? Order no. PLC 2110

So. The reply says more about the company than my review of two stars (which I’m dropping to one star because of the fatuous response)…
-I wish I had bothered to look up reviews beforehand. I really would not have bothered .
But it’s customer service that’s really lacking in its ability to actually what it says it will- which is the issue.
Delivery was terrible- but that’s not exactly their fault. But using a terrible company who treat packages like crap is. -issues are known about clearly.
I emailed with a note-
I am paralysed and ordering makeup for the first time in years- no idea what is good want to try different things whatever you recommend- i decided on lucky dips to get a selection of products! Received a reply saying they would take excellent care to ensure I got a good range of products.
It’s not A Personalised selection -as the company said

3 identical sets of make-up arrived.
its cardboard with tester samples- all find but all of the same colour…
Three packets of beauty blenders...
four in each box
For 40 quid I’ve got 3 identical cardboard palletes of testers and 12 ( count them) beauty blenders….12
Not thrilled but I wouldn’t have been even slightly bothered had their email not said the following ( exact response)
“ I’m so excited to put your Lucky Dips together. I’ll make sure I pick a really beautiful mix of colours and products for you, with lots of gorgeous sparkle so you have plenty to experiment with. 💖-
It’s the heart on the end that makes you feel like it’s a real person
I wouldn’t be writing this review, had that email not been so definitive in its “what we will do “
which the company clearly doesn’t understand at this point judging by the comments it has made.
This should clear it up…

Absolutely gorgeous glitter eyeshadow products, very pretty and safe to use on the eyelids too.

Fantastic company with great customer service and support.

I placed order PLC1932 and paid for my order, but I never received it. I eventually had to contact my credit card company and dispute the transaction. I also received an email saying my order had shipped, but the products never arrived.

I have also seen other customers complain on social media about orders not arriving, and I have personally seen negative comments disappear. Based on my experience, I would not order from this company again.

I bought some products two months ago. I have not receive anything. So, I lost money and receive nothing. It looks scam to me.

Not the only one this that has issues with PRETTY LITTLE COSMETICS 🤬😡

Not only my package didn’t come - the customer service doesn’t even exist. No one replied to my emails, no one responded to my comments and messages on instagram.

Im absolutely gutted about this experience.
Made a purchase on the website on the 30th of June after a long time of waiting and checking the Shop app I finally had it changed to that it was shipped on 12th of July.

I have messaged numerous amount of times through different platforms (email, whatsapp, messenger and Instagram) and either having an AI response stating they'd put me through to a member of staff and never actually do or im blanked all together.

I have put through a claim through my bank now to get the money back as for it to be around a month and still not receive anythint is ridiculous.

Such a shame over previously ordered from this company and love the glitters but ordered the preorder pallette with a free pallete and some other glitters expecting all to be depatched around 10th June. When it didn’t come I wasn’t worried as figured delays happen with new stock so left it until now and realised the tracking says despatched the 10th June so emailed and messaged to check this and had no reply at all. Very disappointed as loved the other things I ordered

i spent over 130 bucks on this website order number PLC2087 and they haven't shipped anything. they don't respond to my messages - neither emails nor instagram messages. i also noticed they hid the comment i made on their instagram page.

to the shop: btw, i will not leave it like that, you guys. you're messing with a wrong person.

to potential customers: these are total scammers. AVOID

I placed an order on 4 June for my wifes Birthday. Since that day, I have sent 4 emails with no response back. Their "tracking" still shows label created...and it has been that way for almost a week. None of my emails have been responded to and I still do not have my order.

This company will take ur money, never send ur products and never refund you, if your going to gamble ordering, do it through Paypal so u can get a refund through them, absolute crooks. Also changed their name cos their other reviews were SO bad, look up Z’s cosmetics you’ll see all the same stuff aswell as the owner arguing with the reviewers in the comments, hardly professional, a bunch of random people you have never met have no reason to lie and say your company is terrible because it is. Absolute TRASH

I ordered a pressed glitter pigment for my 20th birthday party which is coming up and i couldn’t be happier! I had the shade “pretty little doll” and it’s perfect. The customer service was absolutely amazing and so helpful when i asked for tracking info. Couldn’t recommend this business enough! thank you again for your help🥰I’ll definitely be ordering again

Ordered on 15th December and never received it. Emailed for updates and received no response. On seeing reviews here I realised this is obviously a scam. Contacted my bank to raise a dispute and had a refund the next day. Everyone needs to do this as they clearly count on people not bothering for small amounts.
