Excellent, very good service and kind staff.

Apart for a slight mix up at the beginning when Just Wheel systems were down, the subsequent service was rapid and of a very high standard. The tecnician Connor proved to be polite, friendly, and a true professional, completing the work in situ'; he is a true artist: the wheels are like brand new. I will certainly have no problems in recommending Just wheels. Have a great Christmas, and thanks.

They only come on a Monday to collect so had to wait a long time until I could take one off work. There is no organised procedure to keep you informed about the work progress. I asked on collection when the wheel will be done and was verbally told "on Thursday" but no text,email or else was sent to confirm it. They did come on the Thursday though and the process was swift. The workmanship was also of a really high standard.
They had to come twice since I did not have the lock key the first time, the car is new and Peugeot failed to provide it to me at purchase. JustWheelRepair never complained about it though so that was a good point.
Edited: Dear Mr Parker, as a customer my basic expectation is to receive a wheel repaired to perfection because I know that is possible with current technologies. However, the way the process is handled and how much it "puts me out" does affect how I feel about the service. I never requested the wheel to be returned the same week. In fact, as far as I remember was never told when it would be ready since I had to ask. I was positively told that collection was only on a Monday as the collection only happens then with no explanation as to why. Had I known, I would have opted for a longer return as I would have had my wheel repair completed 2-3 weeks earlier. Maybe as an improvement for the future, customers could be clearly be made to choose the better way to suit their needs and be kept updated and therefore increase satisfaction. Good customer service, the guy who done it was very pleasant. It would have been 5 star, but there was a couple of lumpy bits in the paint finish.

Just Wheel Repair were excellent. My alloy was collected and returned about 3 days later in as good as new condition and the replacement tyre cheaper than my car service would have charged. Everyone was great from Paul online, the chap that collected, delivery and fitted the wheel, to the accounts people. Thank you Just Wheel Repair. Highly recommended.

Just Wheel Repair are an independently run family business based in Halstead,Essex. Where in addition to their mobile network, they have a fully fitted factory workshop capable of repairing all type of alloys no matter what the condition. I have personally used their mobile service and have been delighted by the standard of workmanship and the professionalism of their staff. I highly recommend them if looking for wheel repair within the Essex, Greater London area.
