John Prince came this morning to repair the alloy wheel of my Jazz.Now it looks brand new ! Superb service.John is courteous,punctual and highly professional. Highly recommended.

John (Prince) has just left my home after completing a superb job on a scraped alloy wheel on my car… I really cannot see where the damage was. I’d also like to say what a lovely friendly man he was and so passionate about his job and cars and bikes. Strongly recommended

i honestly can’t believe how rude and disrespectful this company is you book an appointment online you get given a list of available dates to choose from all seemed normal, but when you reach the date of your appointment and call to find out where they are i was laughed at by the boss with sorry you don’t choose a date we choose when we come, and then you question why give a list of dates again more scoffs and sarcasm telling me to find another company … seriously…i felt relieved that i didn’t have the unfortunate opportunity of dealing with this company further if that is how you are treated. I personally felt intimidated and insulted by the person who was left in charge that day and as a woman i certainly wouldn’t feel comfortable or safe with someone like that coming to my home working with me or my children being present his attitude and demeanour over the phone was enough to creep anyone out.

Used the company twice before for alloy cosmetic repair, this was done via insurance. Turned up today and they didn't have the correct paint.

Got a phone call and they said I would need to take the wheels in for respray.

Now same wheels as before that were repaired using mobile service, but no mobile repairs now, no logic in this as they repaired the wheels before only this time damage is minor and yet now they can't repair them at home.

So unfortunately 1 star for a job not done and I morning wasted, not the guys fault who came out as he was top notch but as a company get the feeling they just couldn't be arsed to come back.

I got all four alloys repaired with prestige wheels a few weeks ago. Lovely guys working there , especially phil who made sure i was aware of the process that was going to be done to get the best finish on my alloys which was brill .
On collection i wasn’t happy with the finish of one of them as it was still quite textured , (they said due to the age of my vehicle and its alloys condition ) however as soon as i made them aware they were right to helping to try and sort the issue. Due to the inconvenience they booked me in with one of their hire cars and had me bring the car in again to re-coat the wheel i wasn’t happy with.
Amazing service throughout so can’t fault them :) absolutely love my alloys now , so thank you very much !!

I used Prestige Wheels’ mobile service and couldn’t be happier. The whole process was quick and easy, with only a two-day lead time. Phil called beforehand to explain exactly what would happen, and I received text updates throughout, keeping me informed of my appointment time. Ollie arrived on time, was polite and professional, and completed the work quickly to an excellent standard. The finish is fantastic. I would highly recommend Prestige Wheels and will definitely use them again if I ever need to.

From the very start of booking the car in for all 4 wheels to be diamond cut refurbished,a very polite lady on the phone Selina got me booked in the week later i turned up and was greeted by a very polite gent Darren who took my keys and said car will be ready tomorrow.I got a call around 1pm to say it was ready,when i turned up i was greeted by Phil another polite gent who gave me the chance to inspect my wheels.Wow what a great job done the wheels actually look brand new i am very chuffed with them.Great job guys and a big thank you.

Just had my alloy repaired today to an immaculate standard by Ben.
Ben was a very helpful and personable person who clearly takes pride in his job, and has great respect for his customers.

From the word go Prestige have been very helpful in respect of the work that is now completed.

They kept me fully informed throughout the process, and are clearly a high class business.

Thank you to all involved in satisfying a very happy customer.

I had John visit me from Prestige Wheels, what an amazing fella, his knowledge, attention to detail, his work ethics and not too mention a cracking job on my wheel which he managed to get done to a high standard even with the issues he was having with his Compression machine but didn’t stop him from delivering the job. Thanks again to John, highly rated and would recommend!!

The engineer (John) rang and told me he was on his way and what time he would arrive. He explained to me exactly what he was going to do and how long it would take. Well impressed with his skill, knowledge and professionalism. I was highly delighted with the finish on the wheels. Would not hesitate in recommending Prestige Wheels. Very professional service from Prestige Wheels and their technician Colin. 5 Stars.

I requested a wheel repair on March 20th, 2026, and even after two months, nothing has been done.
Even worse: twice they simply did not show up for the scheduled appointment.
They send messages saying that if they come and I’m not home, they will charge me for a “missed visit”.
But when they don’t show up, who covers my losses?
Both times, I left my car at home and reorganized my day so they could attend the appointment. My wife also had to cancel her plans to wait for them — and still, nobody came.
After so much disrespect and zero professionalism, I requested an immediate cancellation and a full refund of everything I paid.
A service that doesn’t work, doesn’t show up, and doesn’t respect customers doesn’t deserve even this 1 star.
