Sent an enquiry via email and had a response within the hour. Clear and precise about what could be done and the costs involved.

So I Took my Alloy wheel to the team in Halstead and it was stripped back and made to look like new! They Could not have done a more perfect job!

Went for the three quote rule and Just Wheel Repair were the only company to get back and give a quote....and quickly. As they were the only ones they got the order. Had my Mini black wheels refurbished and OH BOY they are brilliant, you would never know they been worked on. Very efficient, collected when they said they would and delivered back when they said they would.

I have used Just Wheel Repair several times. They have always been excellent.

On this occasion, I messaged them over the weekend, they came back to me first thing on Monday, booked the wheels in for Tuesday and returned them, as promised, early Friday morning.

The quality of the work was very high as always, especially given that the wheels had been badly kerbed and scratched.

I highly recommend them for a fast and high quality service.

Fantastic service and communication. Appointed through wheel insurance, after the previous company bodged the repair. Kristi explained everything that was being done. Luke collected the wheels, leaving car on axle stands, was happy and friendly. Good crew who clearly enjoy what they do. Wheels look like new with diamond cutting and gloss black inserts. When you think what work goes into it it’s amazing in 2 days!

JWR picked up my damaged wheel from my house, put on spare wheel so that I was mobile. They explained process would take 3 days. Wheel was back on day promised and fixed back on car. Actual repair was first class and wheel was like new. Cost was competitive and payment process easy. All in all a very good experience.

Good system with wheel collection and use of axel stands. Wheel was a couple of days late due to a matching issue. They decided to refurbish the extra wheel that had been provided as a reference. Colour a bit dark but hoping it will mellow

Wow, what a fantastic service these guys deliver. Right from booking the appointment to bringing my wheels back, communication from Kristi was spot on, James who collected all four wheels was friendly and took care in leaving my car on axel stands. I’m amazed with the results, I basically have brand new wheels, diamond cutting and gloss black inserts are faultless.

Ossie from just wheel repair did an absolutely amazing job today for my on site wheel repair. The wheels looked absolutely stunning!

Issue turned up promptly and carried out a very fast and efficient wheel repair on my gloss black alloy wheels.
Would definitely recommend I’ve used this company before for diamond cut wheels where they have also done an amazing job.
