As with many others I am very pleased with the service delivered by Just Wheel Repair. Damaged wheel collected from home and returned a week later. Only after the wheel was back with me was an invoice sent. Great customer service.

Fantastic team at Just Wheel Repair!. They had me booked in for the following week and Luke arrived at my house to remove and take away my four badly damaged wheels. A few days later, he returned with the wheels in pristine condition and refitted everything!
I recommend this company, they are very friendly, polite and professional and do a fantastic job!

Scraped my wheel on curb and I have used this company once before. Emailed my details and photo of damage. They responded same day and arranged date they would visit to do repair. Ossie, their technician phoned 20 minutes before arriving to give me his eta. He just needed to plug his extension lead into a power socket to do the work which took around half an hour. Friendly guy did a great job, couldn’t see any sign of the damage after he’d finished. If you are a private customer the company email you with their payment details after the work has been done. Couldn’t fault the work which cost £90 in total.

My daughter’s care had a badly damaged alloy wheel and the lovely people at this company fitted me in the same day and fixed it really quickly and it was so much cheaper than a new alloy. Reception staff super friendly and efficient I would highly recommend them!

This service was amazing, they turned up and removed all of my Kerbed wheels on my Volvo, left the car on temporary wheels so the car was safe and returned 5 days later with my wheels that are just like brand new. Machined, painted and fitted perfect!

What an incredible service from Just Wheel Repair (JWR).
I was having my alloy wheels repaired via an insurance claim. 3 of them needed refurbishing. First off, they offered me a discounted price to have the 4th wheel done at the same time so that all 4 would end up matching / looking the same - very helpful.
Thereafter, JWR arranged a day to come and collect the alloys. They left the car on axel stands and took the wheels away to ensure they would be reconditioned to the best possible standard and what a great job they have done on them. They came back 3 days later and have been refitted.

Such a hassle-free service. The technician (Ossie) who came to take the wheels and put them back was lovely. Despite having to refit the wheels in torrential rain this morning, he just got on with it and was so lovely to speak to and deal with.

Overall, exceptional service from start to finish. Would highly recommend. 5 star work without question.

Exceptional service - without question, attention to detail and customer satisfaction were superb.
I had all four alloys refurbed from my Audi S4, the wheels were collected by Luke very early in the morning as requested and dropped off at exactly the time I needed them to be delivered. Luke was excellent.
The wheels are amazing and completely back to brand new - highly recommended

I just had my alloy repaired by this company. Picked up outside my house at 9am and returned 4 days later as promised. Luke dealt with picking up and returning my alloy and was first class in every respect. Even calling and texting me before attending each time. A wonderful service.

What a great service! From the intial communications to pick up and delivery, everything was done fast and efficient. The price was also competitive and the diamond cut alloys look outstanding, I shall be definitely using you again, I just wish i found you years ago :)

Can't speak highly enough of JWR ! Disaster when both the alloy buckled and tyre shredded on drive home from work (another pothole !!). Phoned JWR and they came and collected tyre same day, repaired alloy and replaced runflat tyre and refitted on my driveway inside 48 hrs. Exceptional service and great value for money. If you are in Halstead and surrounding areas, don't look any further, fantastic business and customer service.
