JUSTPOLES- Curtain poles and Curtain Tracks Anmeldelser

Our second purchase from Just Poles and we were not disappointed at all. They stock all the things that we need and the website was easy to navigate and find what we needed.
The delivery was very prompt, in fact it arrived sooner than quoted, which was useful as we were replacing an old track that had fallen down unexpectedly and we were without curtains in a bedroom.
We didn't need to telephone the company but if last time was anything to judge by the service would have been excellent and well-informed.

Impeccable service, excellent quality products. Great friendly staff. I've used this company a few times now on an adhoc basis and never been disappointed. Call them if you have questions - real knowledgeable people at the end of it.

As a first time customer i found my experience with this company first class. Product knowledge coupled with friendly staff were excellent. I would recommend this company to anyone

Very impressed by the service recieved. Excellent product at a great price. Highly recommended.

Aside from the excellent collection of products, the staff respond quickly and helpfully, which made it possible for me to order large curtain poles from the Netherlands and have them shipped over. The orders are sent quickly. I am very happy with their service!

I found this company delivered excellent service. An incorrect item was sent out to me and was replaced quickly and without any fuss. Recommended.

Customer service at the heart of this company. Friendly and knowledgeable staff on hand to walk through your order. Spare parts available in all sizes and responsible priced. Delivery came the next day. Broken blind now fixed and In full working ordered. Saving a few quid. Many thanks to everyone at Just Poles. Keep up the exceptional work and quality.

Competitive pricing, excellent service. Arrived on time and very well packaged. Would use again.

Great customer service and advice from the initial inquiry through to the final tracked delivery (thanks Abby). Slight product issue with first delivery, but it was resolved and the replacement arrived within 24hrs! This was repeat custom and I’ll definitely purchase from Justpoles again.

Delighted with the service received - needed an extra fitting because I had miscalculated on my original order - the product arrived in very quick time and was exactly what I needed.

Nice distressed look on curtain pole and finials purchased. Sturdy. Good value. Really pleased. Easy to order. Arrived on time can't ask for anything more. Thank you

I have bought from the company yet again and the service has been amazing throughout the whole experience. Even though my order has for a single curtain pole, I cannot believe how great quality it was for the price and how helpful the staff were to recommend the one I have.

I initially tried finding my requirements in the local shops with no luck, then I found Just Poles, found exactly what I needed and ordered them, I also got my questions answered immediately by phone. The whole process was easy and I received my order within just a few days. An excellent service and very pleased with the products.

Website is easy to navigate. I bought a Roam blind kit that was easy to fit as the instructions were clear and the kit was good quality. The items arrived on time and were packaged well.

I ordered a set of tie backs for curtains to my living room and was disappointed to get an email confirming they were no longer available as the colour match and style was exactly what I wanted. I deliberated on whether to get a refund and look elsewhere or call Just Poles to ask for their help as I really struggled to navigate the website to narrow down what I was looking for in terms of colour, style, length etc. Their customer service was amazing - they were able to email through various other options for me to consider from which I picked an alternative product which, although a bit more costly, I am extremely happy with. They arrived, promptly, well packaged and I was updated by email so that I could track my order and ensure I was at home to sign for it. I would definitely recommend and will purchase from Just Poles again.

Brilliant service. Was thinking I’d have to buy the whole thing, but no, was informed of parts, so have a like new roman blind track at a quarter of the price. Fantastic helpful people and will definitely use again. Thank you

Fabulous service and communication throughout! I had to change my order and staff were courteous and bent over backwards as to get me my order quickly!

With a simple request for some help to choose the right Curtain Tracking for our new rooms, the advice and service I received was truly outstanding!
Courteous, concise and cheerful advice I received from Lauren Brewis from beginning to end, e-mailed details always as promised helped me to decide on exactly what was needed - Thank you! John Melling

We ordered black wrought iron artisan curtain poles with a curl in two lengths. They arrived on time, good packaging and easy to fit. They look amazing. Very please with the end result. Would definitely recommend.
