First class company to deal with.
We recently had new curtains made by Direct Fabrics for our village hall, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out.
The whole process was smooth from start to finish. The team were friendly, easy to deal with, and gave us helpful advice on what would work best for the space. The curtains themselves look great and feel really well made—they’ve made a big difference to the hall.
Initially there was a problem with the fabric we chose and we had to wait for a fresh batch, the communication was first class during the wait and our order was prioritised once the fabric arrived.
I would definitely recommend Direct Fabrics.

We’re sorry to read this, as it’s not typical of our made-to-measure curtains.
All curtains are produced to the measurements provided, with a standard tolerance of up to 1cm. A variation of several inches would be highly unusual and not representative of our manufacturing standards.
If something is outside of tolerance, we always investigate and resolve it. We haven’t been contacted about this previously, but we’d be happy to review it for you.
Please send your order details and photos to our team and we’ll look into this as a priority.
