JUSTPOLES- Curtain poles and Curtain Tracks Anmeldelser

Initially overwhelmed with the choice of fabrics, Abby patiently guided me through all options and even allowed me to take fabrics home.
Andrew came to measure up and explained fitting options. Later, I was concerned that the window sill jutting out would affect the length
of the curtains and so Andrew kindly returned and explained that he had allowed for that. The curtains arrived earlier than expected and Andrew fitted them. Curtains are beautiful! Excellent service.

Purchased a track and received confirmation. Then I received an email saying that they couldn't sell it for that price and I would either have to pay almost double or accept a refund.
This goes against their T's & C's and also consumer law but they know that I won't go to a small claims.
Not happy as it took me ages to choose that particular track and now I need to start again.
Purchase at own risk...

Wonderful staff! Polite, professional and very quick to respond. Excellent service. The order was perfectly packaged and delivered overnight. You don’t often come across this sort of customer service, and it’s very much appreciated.

I have used just sew several times now. Great independent company. Really helpful
They have so many fabrics, wallpapers to choose from. Even my sister and her daughter come up from Manchester to use them. I wouldn’t go anywhere else

This is the third time that we have ordered either blinds or curtains from Just Sew Interiors and once again we are thrilled with the quality, finish and service; from entering the shop to enquire and select fabrics - the range is vast- to measuring up, making up and fitting the service and quality is excellent
Would highly recommend Just Sew Interiors

Range of big choices, very friendly staff, job early delivered,

Abby was very knowledgeable and we were allowed to bring samples of fabric home with us for a week which helped us to decide which colour theme worked well. The fitter was very punctual and professional. A very nice man who did a fabulous job. We are extremely happy with the work provided.

Very slow. Ordered a bracket on a Tuesday AM. By the weekend still hasn't been dispatched. Ordered another part by a competitor on same day and arrived on the Thursday.

I have used this company several times to purchase curtains and curtain poles and have always been impressed by the quality of their products, their attention to detail and dedication to providing a personal service. I have just bought a single and quite exquisite curtain tie back and have again experienced a 5* service. Thank you so much!!!!

I purchased two sets of curtain poles in black nickel. After a few months the poles became scratched and corroded from the curtain eyelets, which was unexpected. On contacting Andrew at just poles he was very helpful and arranged replacements even though they were beyond the warranty timeframe. Be sure that just poles have good after sales support as well as offering a diverse range of products.

Excellent service from start to finish. Abby showed us a huge range of fabrics and we found the perfect choice. Andrew measured the required curtain drop, advised on the width of the curtains and pole, installed the pole and hung the curtains too. We would definitely recommend JustPoles.

Andrew is a true professional. Answered all my questions with me in mind. Took great care, hanging and finishing velvet curtains. They look great, exactly as I had imagined. If I need any curtains in the future, I will certainly return to JUST SEW.

ordered 3 poles only to receive an email 3 days later telling me they are out of stock and might be back in in a couple of weeks.

EDIT: to be fair to the company, there was a typo in their email which led me to believe the poles would not be in stock for some time. i was phoned by the shop and we had a polite discussion about this. they promptly issued a refund and hence this edited review. the takeaway is, they do try to do the right thing...

Does what it says on the can. Brilliant product for sticky curtains that were driving me mad. Well packaged and delivered so quickly

My order arrived as promised.
Very well packaged.
Very competitive pricing.
Good quality product.
Arc 25mm Passing Curtain Rings.

From browsing to choosing the fabric and having the curtains made up I was impressed by the help and support offered by Abby who was very professional on every occasion. My windows were measured timely by Andrew who offered great advice in each room. I am delighted with the finished product and fully intend to return for curtains and blinds throughout my house. Thankyou!

Fabulous service, our curtains and blinds look stunning. Thank you again!

Really quick delivery and with reputable delivery company, not one that dumps your parcels and runs.
Product was exactly what I wanted and price was reasonable too.
Very happy.
Thank you

Bought a regular pole and bay pole. Regular pole was fine, bay pole did not function as described. Just Poles wouldn’t accept a return and persisted to email why it was our fault it didn’t work to justify not refunding. Ultimately resulted in a PayPal case (which we won after review of the pictures and emails) but it took a month or two to resolve. Would never use again, really poor customer service and the main guy was quite rude / patronising.

Excellent service from Just Sew Interiors. Abby in the Houghton shop was really helpful , nothing was too much trouble. Andrew and his wife who fitted the tracks and curtains were first class. A great job. So pleased with our curtains . I would highly recommend the Company .
