They lied about repairing the things that where not workkng on the car they kept the car for 2 weeks then gave me back the car not fixed i paid £32000 i would not recomend you buy from them i cant stress enough dont not buy from them

The vehicle that I wanted to buy went into PDI and a fault was found, over the next week the team at Junction 17 Grantham worked hard to find a suitable replacement, hats off to Charlie for finding the right vehicle and working late to get the PDI and MOT done. Junction 17 Peterborough, nearly 300 in hidden fee and they wouldnt allow me to test drive a car i was really interested. I asked what was the hidden fee for for which the sales guy said for HPI, processing the sale of the car! I explained that i would do my own HPI check (as you would normally do) and for a charge for processing a sale isnt that what the garage would be do in selling a car anyway? Bonkers!. They do not allow you to test drive the car until a deal has been reached! Bonkers how can you buy something with test driving it, it was not a brand new car! i will not ever be buying a car from the business!

Bought a car, it broke down after 25 days of ownership, it was really difficult to get into contact with anyone and when I finally did I gave the car back to them at my cost, and the car has been in their position for almost 3 months now, when I handed the car back to them I told them I’d like to return the car since it’s not of satisfactory quality and I’d like to receive my money back but they told me they need to inspect it first, after 2 months of them “inspecting” it they said they can’t give me a refund because it doesn’t qualify, now I’m fighting for the money back since I only had the car for 25 days and I’m legally entitled to receive a full refund. Awful communication, bad service and really reluctant to actually help and provide good service, never going to buy another car from them again and I highly advise to avoid buying from here. This happened in the rugby junction 17.

Love the car and the staff were really friendly but the experience wasn't ideal. Turned up to collect the car as agreed at the Rugby branch, I got the train there as it is 90 mins from my house and the car wasn't there. I had to wait a couple of hours in total but it got sorted. When I got home I noticed that the car had two 13 amp chargers which is useless for a fully electric car. There customer service team asked for feedback and I told them about this issue but they have not come back to me since. I would still recommend them but my experience wasn't ideal and im still having to swop leads between cars

Very helpful staff. Excellent customer service, couldn’t do enough to help with info, car history etc. Small paint scratches repaired and were then invisible. New MOT even though there was 5 months left on the present one. Very pleased with the Mercedes that I bought. New V5 received within 1 week. Only buy a car here if you like to be mislead and lied to!! Had to speak with previous keeper and guess what his experience with this garage was!! Exactly the same!! Avoid avoid avoid

They genuinely had no obligation to help me, yet they both chose to go above and beyond anyway. Nothing was rushed, nothing felt scripted, and they took real ownership of the situation until it was properly resolved.

It is rare to come away from an interaction feeling that someone actually cared rather than just did their job, but that is exactly how this felt. I am extremely grateful to both of them and they are a real credit to the team.

Absolute waste of your time. Unless you are willing to take out their finance to buy your car, just don't bother.
Junction 17 are not selling cars, their selling finance.
I consider it lucky to have found out how immoral a company they are before purchase.

I used the brokerage scheme Junction 17 offer and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The photos they take are unbelievably good and so professional. Shola guided me the whole way from start to finish in an amazing way. I would 100% use them again when selling a sports car !

I felt pushed to drive away the same day, as I didn’t have my logbook with me I had to leave a £250 deposit, I returned 3 days later, handed over the logbook after 10 days and multiple chasing emails still no refund.

Recently sold my car through Junction 17 cars Peterborough.
The whole process was easy. Jaime in brokerage explained everything in detail, kept me informed and updated through every step of the way.
It was hassle free for me, even despite a small delay while removing my private reg and awaiting DVLA.
They publicised the sale across multiple platforms and quickly got the sale at the agreed price.
Everything was hands off for me which made the whole process stress free.

Junction 17 was great from start to finish. From the moment I reserved my car, I received great customer service service.
Then… I met with David who showed me round my car. He was very knowledgeable, friendly , and wasn’t pushy at all…. the kind of salesman you would want to deal with. He answered all of my questions and put me at ease and made the whole process a breeze. (I really appreciated this being a more anxious person).

Even the after care was great.. received multiple correspondence making sure I’m happy with my purchase…
