Don't waste your money. Sold us a defective car that could of killed us with faulty brakes. Had a whole load of trouble for over 6 months that never got sorted,refused to refund then just simply ignored our calls and emails. then 18 months down the line found out the history check we were given by them when we bought the vehicle had faulse information on it and the vehicle had thousands of pounds of outstanding finance. We are the second owner, but according to the finance company the second owner took out the finance ? On the log book we are the second owner ?? Absolute scam outfit.

I recently purchased a GLE Coupe from Junction 17 Rugby. Not only was the car immaculate from engine to bodywork (I paid for an independent mechanic to inspect the vehicle), but the level of customer service was exceptional. Olivia was professional, friendly and patient throughout the whole process. She made me feel comfier and supported throughout. As well as diung her best to get a little extra off the price.
I travelled from London to purchase due to other reviews on the dealership and service. I wasn't dissapointed at all.

I purchased a car from this company and immediately started experiencing problems shortly after the purchase. I wasn’t allowed to reject the vehicle until finance became involved, and since then, the company has completely ignored my attempts to get answers.
Management is never available and is never held accountable for their ill practices. Their customer service is avoidant and unresponsive. The cars they sell are full of issues, and they outright refuse to refund me. I honestly don’t understand how they’re still operating like this.
I’m left with no choice but to pursue legal channels to resolve this. Avoid this company at all costs, complete waste of money.

Wow where can I start with this company!!!! First I put a deposit down to hold a car then get a call to say it broken and then find out it’s been sold on me then wait 3 weeks for my money having to keep chasing it up to then get a call and they held my deposit to ransom until I removed the factual post what a great company this is !! Never have I meet any thing like it also telling me they don’t want negativity on the company don’t let these fool you scammers they need to be shut down when they do this to people daily !

I sold my BMW to Junction 17. They contacted me after seeing my AutoTrader advert. We agreed a price, and they collected my car the next day and paid for it immediately. This worked well for me, nice people to deal with and very efficient.

Junction 17 held and moved a car between different garages for me so it was closer for a longer journey from Cornwall. Car drove lovely and never missed a beat all the way back

Don’t part with your full balance until you see the car on collection. When you realise the car isn’t prepped as promised, it’s too late. They will hold onto your money for weeks, giving false promises. Whatever you do, don’t agree to getting repairs done, just reject it. If you agree, they’ve got you. Be careful. Shop around, save the hassle.

Called up at around 14:00 to view a car, (my first one!) And was told the car can be prepped and ready for a viewing the same day at 16:00. Took a drive over and was greeted by the team and handed over to my salesman Umesh.

He brought the car round, and I was in love off the bat, he showed me round and as I had never purchased a car before, went through all the details of how, what and why.

I'm not usually one for messing about and Umesh was all over it getting things moving ASAP, which I loved.

He also let my son sit in a Mclaren which was a great touch!

Walked out 90 minutes later the proud owner of my 2017 ST3 and have loved every minute of it.

I saw a car on a Sunday and didn’t think I’d get at call back on the Sunday after hours but I did receive a call and booked in an appointment for Monday with Jamie.
Saw the car, worked out a deal for mine and took the car home with me.
They cleaned it and prepped it in an hour.
Honestly a quick and professional transaction.

Please don't use this garage. The quality of service and aftercare is a disgrace. I brought my car in September and have had thermostat issues and the garage is unwilling to provide any help or assistance.
The worst condition car I have brought in over 20 years.

I booked an appt to see a car which looked perfect. Car was indeed great but I was not allowed to test drive it!! The salesman said it was company practice to avoid time wasters that they go through the finance process first. I thought this was strange as I’d already paid a deposit and driven 2 hours to see the car so was pretty committed! However I agreed and the finance came back showing I was credit worthy. The monthly figure was much higher than that illustrated on the website and I understand any figures are only for illustrative purposes but there was a significant difference. The figure on the website was based on 10.9% interest but the salesman told me the lowest interest rate they actually offered anyone was 12.9%. They had also included a warranty on the credit price which the salesman had already told me wouldn’t be of use as I lived 2 hours away for the servicing/MOT. I queried this and was told I could not test drive the car unless I committed to buying it at this price. I told the salesman that I was almost certainly going to buy the car but that I had other appts to see other cars so really needed to test drive first before making a final decision and before cancelling any other appts. He told me he knew I would be happy with it so I had to commit to proceeding with the finance I or couldn't test drive it.

The garage looks great, as do the cars but the actions of the salesman made me think something was not quite right. This included taking his phone off to call the finance company without me hearing; going off to apparently ask the manager if I would be allowed to ‘break the company policy’ by test driving the car(?!); adding a warranty on at full price that he’d already said I couldn’t make use of; not sharing any finance details with me and forcing me to commit to purchase before test driving. Although the salesman said this was all company policy that had been in force for 20 years, I had not been informed of any of it when I booked the appt and paid the deposit. So I decided to leave. It’s such a shame as this undoubtedly would have been the perfect car and I’d taken a lot of time and money to come and see it in good faith. However trying to bully me with unethical behaviour put me off ever buying anything from this company.

Brad and David were honest, friendly and knowledgeable in answering all my questions and making the whole process easy and efficient without pressure. The showroom is truly impressive with excellent quality cars. I couldn't be happier with my new car, a very positive experience.
