I have used JS Insurance for my travel cover for many years. I have a number of health issues which they have on record, so I don't need to repeat them every time (just review). This simplifies finding a suitable policy.
They are always quick to respond and easy to deal with.

Cain was quick and efficient with great communication.

Swiftly sorted a quote and our policy, amending as requested, to cover our lengthy ski break (hopefully not physically!).

No claim but a fantastic price on the sales side for a Kilimanjaro trek and superb service

I haven't made a claim, but just bought the extra travel pack #4 with Paragliding & PG Comps . The broker Cain, seemed very familiar with the pilicy details and was able to point me to answers relevant to my questions immediately - reassuring to have someone who knows what they are selling.

Recently needed to acquire insurance for a trek. JS insurances Kilimanjaro specific insurance was both comprehensive and couldn't be beaten elsewhere. Hassle free from beginning to end with 3 cover level options. Also recently needed to make a minor amendment which was sorted almost immediately (although i had to pay as my error). Could not recommend enough especially for the specific insurance i needed. Great service from beginning to end.

Dealing with the JS Insurance operative by phone when I had problems on line was excellent. Advice was easily understood and bespoke for my situation with a very nice saving on quotes from elsewhere. Will be using them again.

Chris, on the sales line, properly understood my requirements for search and rescue cover and happily and patiently dealt with my nitpicking questions about underwriters. Hopefully its all academic and I'll be buying paragliding policies from them for many years to come.
