Simply but big web issue
Seemed easy to choose and pay. However turned out I was not covered for the activities I required and upon contacting them they admitted their website had an error where this issue was known but not highlighted to customers. They processed a refund okay but good job I checked the small print of the provided documents otherwise I'm not sure they would have contacted me to say.

Easy quote procedures
I haven’t had any issues while revelling for which I need to make a claim, so my experience is limited to the quote procedures. I appreciate not having to declare anything medical which doesn’t affect my daily life. I appreciate being to list specific activities and know that I’m covered.

I was just renewing my previous policy and so once I received the notification I didn’t have to do anything, the only down side was that I received numerous emails saying if I accepted it I didn’t have to do anything.
