response to my query when the grabber clip snapped rendering me unable to secure the bed closed and store away,
immediate almost response and actioned,
now awaiting replacement grab clip AND a spare !
so far so good

I love my Jay-Be bed for a quick guest put up, it's comfy and stores away without too much fuss. I also use it for an extra bed on holiday in the caravan awning. The website also has accessories and spares should you ever need one.
Highly recommend.

I recently had an excellent experience with Jay-Be's customer service. The online chat tool was straightforward, and the representative was very helpful. They quickly provided me with the email address and clear instructions on how to obtain a replacement safety clip for my folding bed. The entire process was completed within the same day, and the email communication was efficient and smooth. Jay-Be's commitment to customer satisfaction truly shines through their prompt and effective service.

Excellent Customer Service. I got a reply to my e mail within the hour.
The communication was absolutely superb, dealing with my issue in a few replies, and, offering me a couple of resolutions.
I would highly recommend this company.

SUPERB. I ended buying a second S5 Hybrid having been so happy with the first. With all the eco credentials I was certainly hesitant that it'd actually be comfy - but it's super comfy, amazingly affordable, recyclable and it's made in the UK. Considering the traditional brands charge three times as much or more for the same kind of thing it's a no-brainer. Thanks again Jaybe and keep up the great work :)

Ordered Mattress through Dfs had issues with Dfs delivery service fedex. Sarah Hall from the Jaybe team was made aware of issues and from that point on everything has been handled with great communication, never need to chase her she followed everything up and ensure my mattress was delivered with no issues. Sarah used a brilliant delivery team who delivered mattress and took it up and put it up for me. Sarah is a real gem and I hope Jay-be treasure her

Rectified an issue we discovered a couple of years after purchase and while under the 5-year warranty, very impressive!

I had a problem with a mattress I had bought through a third party seller and decided to ring Jay- Be direct.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Jane, who immediately arranged for a replacement one which was delivered the very next day. The old one was collected two days later.
I cannot fault the amazing way my issue was handled and other companies could learn from Jay-Be customer service!

Excellent customer service from Jayne at JAY-BE ! Mattress bought in October was very comfy and no problems with sleep quality. However I was concerned that our outlines remained imprinted on Mattress after we left the bed. Contacted Jayne with a photo and she immediately said this was not how Mattress should be and arranged another to be delivered. I would certainly use this company again . Quality customer service !

I purchased a Supreme folding bed two years ago, and discovered one of the springs holding the mesh base had snapped. I emailed Jay-Be service and promptly received a reply offering some replacement springs and a fixing tool. Sure enough, two days later, a package arrived enclosing all the parts through the post. It is such a refreshing change to deal with a company who go above and beyond looking after their customers. I'm sure they'll continue to do well as a company if their customers feel valued as I do. Thanks to Sarah at Jay-Be service.

I purchased a JAY-BE Open Coil Foam Free Kids Single Mattress and whilst changing my son's bed covers I noticed a hole in the corner. On inspection I realised that a piece of spring was sticking out of the corner.

I emailed JAY-BE to inform them of this and I received a response to arrange a like for like replacement.
Within 2 days it has been resolved.
My son has a new mattress, the old mattress has been collected.
It has honestly been great customer service.
I didn't have to go through hoops just to get it sorted. A great company who seem to demonstrate safety over interrogation.

I am very happy and encourage anyone to support this company because they are value for money and know the meaning of customer service.
