JAC Vapour Anmeldelser

Customer Service is outstanding.
My fire button fell off my S22 pen which was out of warranty but with no hesitation sent me a replacement which arrived the following day.
Highly recommended

They pull out all the stops to help you. I would not hesitate to recommend and I have several times

Very quick service and also support too, thank u duncan

Excellent customer service from start to finish.
I made a purchase that unfortunately wouldn’t have been compatible with the RTA I’m using. Duncan from the Jac Vapour team spotted this, cancelled the order, and issued a full refund immediately — no hassle and no back-and-forth.
Genuinely top-tier service and a great example of a company putting the customer first. Highly recommend Jac Vapour based on this experience alone.

Very helpful technically Fixed a battery connection issue on my S22 no bother

Fast, efficient, friendly service. Duncan always very helpful.

The best juice out there. Also excellent customer service- my parcel got lost in post- they promptly sent out a replacement with next day delivery! Big recommendations!

I have used Jac Vapour for years and the customer service is just excellent. The product range is also very good.

The customer service at JAC Vapour is truly second to none

really good service used for a long time. customer services couldn’t be more helpful.

100% recommend

My order had been lost during the delivery, however a member of staff quickly helped and had another sent out.

Had a royal mail issue and Duncan at JV was super helpful throughout even though it wasn't their fault, their customer service is fantastic.

The zero max range is great and has helped me stay off nic whilst still getting the throat hit when getting an occasional craving, the flavours are just as good if not better than the elf bars I was originally getting too.

The JAC Vapour SERIES-B DNA 75 has to be the best value mod available.

I had my first one in 2020 and since then it’s been my daily use mod that’s been out and about with me almost everywhere I go.

The PVD coating is brilliant and it still looks like new- it’s even been dropped on the pavement a couple of times and it’s unmarked.

It’s fitted with the industry standard Evolv DNA75 chip so it does everything you could possibly need and it’s nice and compact.

I managed to get one in the Sandstorm finish when it was still available and I’ve just had another black one, which I’m going to leave in the box as a spare.

I’ve had quite a few things from JAC Vapour and they have always been a great company to deal with, Duncan in customer service is very helpful and I have no hesitation to recommend them to anyone who wants any vape products.

I only write reviews when something is outstandingly good or outstandingly bad. This falls into the first category.

I love my new nicotine free puff box, it's so well designed and tastes perfect with that hit at the back of the throat. I went for the watermelon ice and it's just right, not that sickly sweet taste I get from most vaping liquids.

Ive already given up nicotine but felt sad at not having something to do with my hands so this will make the transition to no nicotine much easier. So happy.

Postage first class arrived two days after dispatch.

I've been a Jac Vapour customer for years now. Great devices, tasty liquids & genuinely some of the best customer service I've ever experienced.

Great Company to deal with, very helpful and pleasant people. Replacement vape sent out next day. Excellent service!

Simple, quick and easy to order

In a previous review I criticised Jac Vapour for poor communication. I have now learned that they had some serious problems with their communication systems and that my review was unfair. I now return to my previous belief that that they are my favourite suppliers for ecig material and apologise if my review has put anyone off purchasing from them.

I get more impressed every time I talk to them! The S22 series is all I ever use.
My problem was that the battery was flashing red after I changed the coil.
Not only did they tell me what to do, they linked a youtube video showing me!

I’ve been using Jacvapour for years and they’ve always sold excellent products.
I’ve always been looked after well with some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced online. Well done and thank you.
