Can't believe I didn't find this website when I was looking for throne chairs before the lockdown. We just had 2 throne chairs delivered in time for our first wedding this season. The quality and service is 2nd to none. Will definitely be re-ordering from this company.

Appalling. I ordered a desk, waited months, and was told the supplier "had it on back order" (whatever that means). I eventually lost my patience and asked for them to simply cancel the order and refund me. That was over a month ago. I've not had any update, and am still a few hundred pounds of out pocket. Also furious.

Have ordered several times from this company. Can't fault them , good quality furniture and always received fast.

Great quality item. Very impressed with the high end polished finish and upholstery, I ordered the Throne chair in mahogany wood. Took longer to arrive but was worth the wait. Would use again.

I bought the partner desk in solid mahogany wood. It is just what I wanted to store my documents in. The quality is very good and nicely finished.

Exactly as expected and lovely quality. I got my Eloise sleigh bed delivered by 2 very helpful drivers who brought the item upstairs for us. The design is exactly as the image on the website and am very happy with the item.

I have my delivery today the bed is outstanding quality waiting time is very very long but this worth the money in every meaning very happy with my purchase.

The service was excellent, all done on-line , no problems at all and fast delivery. I am pleased with my furniture and with this company , would use again.

Just had my 2nd throne chair delivered by two of the nicest guys. They took all the packaging off outside and positioned it in my shop where I wanted it. Great service

We had an issue with a hinge on the door of the telephone bar we bought - we only needed the hinge, but they replaced the whole bar straightaway. Excellent service, would recommend.

It is hard to fully appreciate how something you buy online will compare with the reality. We spend a nervous couple of months waiting for our bespoke Chantilly wardrobe to be made. Our expectations have been surpassed and we cannot find fault. Absolutely beautiful piece of furniture delivered by a professional team . a happy customer

Great product and fast delivery, but unfortunately the furniture that we ordered did not fit in the space that we wanted to use. Customer service were very good , the return was a no hassle experience and we had our refund straight away. Highly recommend.

We ordered a butcher’s table for our new kitchen back in March. We paid £600 and there was no mention that the item wasn’t in stock. We waited and waited and waited, but it didn’t arrive and every time I emailed, I was told, we will look into this for you and get back to you by the close of day.’ No one ever did. I called the company three weeks ago and was told that the item was coming in the following week and would arrive with me at the end of that week. It failed to materialise. I’ve just emailed again to be told it should be in the warehouse in ten days! Three months after I purchased it! I have repeatedly requested a refund as is my right but this is being refused. I have explained I need the table for storage and functional purposes and will now need to buy one elsewhere but still the company continues to fob me off, ignoring all my requests to refund me or to at least call me. This is abysmal customer service and is causing endless stress. This is an expensive item and I have been shown no consideration or respect whatsoever. I have now contacted trading standards who have advised I am entitled to an immediate refund but the company refuses to communicate with me unless it is to fob me off again! Deal with this company at your peril

I bought a lot of furniture from this company last year and l thought they were excellent until my last order.l ordered a chest of drawer and mirror all in all including shipping was about 1000£,in February this year.My Furnitur e arrived yesterday 27/5/21 overdue the estimated date .I was horrified to what l saw, second hand chest of drawer with wear and tear cracks and visible signs of use.I rung the company several times yesterday and today -sent emails with pictures of the furniture to no avail.l m hoping this will be rectified as soon as possible

All my order has now been received. We are very happy all around with our purchase the only thing it was a kerbside delivery and we struggled to get the items into the house. Other that the furniture is finished beautifully and well worth the wait. Would recommend this company.

Thanks guys for getting the Throne chairs on time for the saloon opening tomorrow. I would have given 5 stars if they took away the packaging !!! Anyhow will be back when we open saloon no 2.

Shocking experience. My bed broke as the bar supporting the base was too short and barely reached either end, thus snapped. I contacted them on several occasions by phone and then by email. They ignored my messages for months, only replying when the 12 month warranty was up so they didn’t have to deal with it. It is impossible to speak to anyone from customer services- they take messages that are never returned.
