Just received my fabulous console table from this company. Delivery was a bit delayed, but it was a pleasure dealing with Megan the customer care assistant, so thorough, pleasant and efficient. The item is very high quality and we are thoroughly delighted with it. What a pleasure dealing with a company that gives great service from the initial order right down the the helpful and cheerful delivery driver. This is how service should be!

We had been looking for ages for a table of a specific size and 'look'. At last we found it on the
La Maison site; but, as we were ordering from overseas, we were a little apprehensive. We needn't have worried for a second! The customer service was excellent and the table that arrived looked even better than the photos. It is well made from mango wood and solid. It now takes pride of place in our new home in an Andalusian village and has been much admired by all our Spanish neighbours.

Ordered 2 cast iron signs "mins your head" in a Victorian style. Excellent product, great quality, well made and packaged. Excellent delivery times and super communication. Highly recommend

Ordered a chair marked as a ‘Second’. It was incredibly well priced, and when it arrived (the following day!) I found just two small and insignificant marks. Incredibly impressed with both the service and the product.

We love our Hammered Aluminium Drum Table - it's gorgeous and very good value for money. Even nicer than on the website. Arrived very fast and well packaged. Very versatile. Really pleased with it.

The item I received (a gold easel) arrived damaged. I was advised that as I hadn't notified them within 24 hours, it could not be returned or exchanged. Not only would I not expect an item of its value to be so easily damaged in transit, but this company policy is also in breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015 given that the item is faulty. My last three emails to the company have since been ignored since advising this. Do not use this company.

UPDATE: Following the company's response to my review, I can confirm their correspondence did go into my junk mailbox and I have received contact from them. However, the crux of the issue remains the same, and I am left with a damaged product that cost £100 in respect of which they are refusing to refund, or at the very least exchange, for a product that is undamaged. I am quite confident they would take issue with any damage, even if reported within 24 hours, given their response. I will be taking this further given that the company policy is in clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act 2015. I should also add that I was offered a 15% discount on the damaged product, but only in the event my review was amended or taken down (and confirmation provided to them that this is the case). Quite frankly shocking customer service and approach.

Megan went above and beyond for my purchase , I was torn between 2 tables (one elsewhere) and asked both for additional pictures. The other company declined but Megan unwrapped the table from the warehouse just to take pictures for me which I was so appreciative of and this lead to me buying the table.

Purchased a lovely oak console table. Very impressed with communication on lead times. Impeccable customer service and would highly recommend.

I purchased a coffee table at a great price (best price on the market) and the quality was great, so good in fact, I purchased another a week later!
