Great product, but beware import charges
The dress I ordered was great. Nice material, size was good (size 2, normally I wear 36). No plastic packaging which I really appreciate. The delivery was really fast too. The only thing was the extortionate import charges for Europe delivery. The delivery was through DPD and the import tax and customs clearance charge came up to 45% of dress value. I expected maybe 20% but if I had known, I would have never ordered as it is really not worth it at that point.

Bad experience with Duty payment
I did not understand the duty payment. I sent an email to you checking for clarification. By the time you responded, when I tried to pay the duty on the Mark3 link, it had expired. I emailed again and you said oops, so sorry can’t help, email Mark3, which I had already done (requesting new link to pay) Mark3 still hasn’t responded. So not happy and can’t get help. Barbara

If you are not ordering from the UK do not order from this company
This was a terrible experience. My order of 1 pair of pants and a shirt took 2 months to arrive. Plus for the original order I paid more than €215 where €9 euros were for shipping but when I picked my package up at the post office I had to pay another €89 for the dogana ( that was not mentioned when i purchased ) So i particolari d €300 for a simple pair of jeans and a simple top. Not happy at all

Thank you for the review and feedback. We are so sorry you were not aware of the duties charges on orders placed outside the UK. On our delivery page we mention that all parcels will be shipped DDU (Delivery Duties Unpaid). This means that if you are in any country outside of the UK, you will be liable for the local custom taxes and duties as we cannot pay them on your behalf and this will apply to most British based retailers, if they don't have a distribution hub outside of the UK. The parcel hasn’t even reached me yet
The parcel hasn’t even reached me yet, although it has almost been 2 weeks. I was informed there were issues with documentation to ship to Germany. I will not be eternally pregnant, and was counting on having clothes in these few weeks.

Great clothes and even better…
Great clothes and even better subscription model. These clothes made a big difference to the way I felt in my pregnancy and turning up to work feeling put together. The subscription takes a while to get used to - the easiest way to get hold of the company to change items is basically to email them. The actual website is hard to use.

Beautiful clothes that fit perfectly
I’ve gone for the Isabella Oliver subscription with six garments. The items I’d picked came within a couple of days and I’m delighted with the quality of the clothes and the fabric. It’s making me feel comfortable and well-dressed again at 6-months pregnant and I’m looking forward to being able to swap out one of the garments next month as the weather gets warmer.
