Smooth process from surveyor (Sam) to fitting. Faultless company.
I thought about boarding the loft myself but for the system InstaLoft use it wouldn’t have cost much less for materials alone and would have taken me more than one day - no brainer to get InstaLoft in to do it!
All my old insulation was bagged up and removed, the carpets were protected and hoovered well after. Excellent.

Quick efficient good quality

I enquired for getting my loft done weeks ago which we have now found someone but for some reason I keep receiving calls from different numbers EVERY single day!!! They let my phone ring 2 times each time and then leave voicemails/emails and texts despite me saying I no longer need this quote! This is now becoming quite distressing as i can’t seem to stop these calls so this Is my only option is to leave a review. PLEASE STOP CALLING ME

We had our new build loft boarded on Friday, as well as a ladder and light fitted. Fantastic customer service throughout, on the day of installation I couldn’t believe how quick and simple they made the whole process. Would recommend to anyone and already have told people at work about them.

Had my loft done with Instaloft, and really happy with the work.

A big thank you to the fitter Michael, who has done an excellent job. Very professional young man, very tidy work, and left everything clean and tidy.
Would highly recommend
Janet

The fitter who came was superb and did an excellent job very polite and professional and left no mess. I would highly recommend this company

Arrived on time. Very polite. Left no mess. Very happy with the work

I registered for a job on checkatrade, they continuously called me, 3..4. Even 5 times a day! Spam calls, when answered it just says call them, waste of time and a very bad company to be trying to gain customers this way. Lack of understanding within the customer service trade to setup such a thing to engage with customers.

They harass you daily, every 20 minutes it seems like and claim it’s because we are unreachable at a given time of day, perhaps you might think we no longer need the job after 3 times of trying to contact!? That might be a better way! This way I place they have is awful and not something I’d recommend trying to get a quote for as they will Harass you hourly.

There were areas left uncovered- I wish they had discussed with me before packing up their tools.
Also I didn’t understand the breathable membrane which could have made things much better and prevented any dust etc on storage items.
Time will tell with the warranty….

From start to finish, the team have been brilliant.

Getting the survey booked in was easy, with their friendly team on the phone. I then had Denzil to conduct a survey of the loft. He was friendly, informative, and very helpful.

When the day arrived, I had Morgan carrying out the installation. He and his colleague did an amazing job, working away in the heat. Really pleased with the job they carried out, and they were careful and respectful walking around the property, to and from the loft.

They were able to do the whole job, to a high standard, in very little time. I was shocked how fast they got the whole job finished.

Really pleased with the whole service, and would certainly recommend!

Sam was fantastic from the very first appointment. He carried out the survey, provided a clear and competitive quote, and offered continuous support throughout the process, always being available to answer any questions I had.

Michael and Ethan, the fitters, were equally fantastic. They worked tirelessly in extremely hot temperatures in the loft and did an amazing job. The finished loft looks fantastic, and they left everything clean and tidy with no mess behind.

Everyone we dealt with was friendly, helpful, and professional. I cannot recommend this company highly enough — an excellent service from start to finish. A truly great company!

In anticipation of future works in our house including a new boiler, we decided to take the opportunity to board out our loft.

The two guys that came from Instaloft (Chris 1 and Chris 2) were very hard working and clearly had a fab working relationship and once supplied with cups of tea, they made the whole experience a joy. The whole project including installing a sturdy wooden loft ladder and additional insulation to bring the loft upto regulations, was completed within the day and our new loft can now be used for storage !

Thanks to everyone at Instaloft for such a worry free experience !

Done work on my mums loft, was amazing service no issues. Would highly recommend.

Their prices aren’t exactly competitive. I would never normally go for a cheaper option as you expect the more expensive option to be better quality. In this case they aren’t.

£1700+ for:
A new hatch
100mm insulation top up
8x6 boarding with shelves
4 truss shelves
A smoke alarm)

I have since seen friends who have had their work done by this. Far bigger houses etc… yet some how I have paid 50% more for work on a smaller house.

I am pestered everyday about referring someone, which I wouldn’t for this poor excuse of work.

The hatch is not sat flush. You can run your fingers around it and some areas physically put your fingers into it
How it’s advertised as an energy saving hatch is also baffling. The polystyrene insert does not fit over the inside of the hatch ledges, so it doesn’t seal it with the hatch shut. Not to mention the poly was damaged and a piece of tape has just been thrown over it.

Pictures of their work on their website does not show the actual quality of the floor boarding they use. It looks and feels extremely cheap.

As for the smoke alarm. It just feels like it was advertised and quoted to me as a requirement now. Surely a heat alarm is best better in a loft that can be dusty. Not to mention the absolute fath of it the installation of that smoke alarm going off for nearly an hour before they had it connected correctly.

The hatch ladder is very weak metal. To say it’s 130kg limit, I don’t see how the rings should have slight bends in them already from 4 uses, 2 of them being from them installing it.

Really don’t recommend these, spatter finding out how much I’ve been overcharged for the work, as well as the quality of it being poor

The person who installed my loft boarding worked tirelessly from 8am until 4pm. Excellent work

Excellent sservice. I didn't expect the whole block ladder and door/hatch replaced for free.
Jacob was very professional and competent with his job.
Thank you Instaloft.

Instaloft came round to quote for our loft boarding project. The surveyor was professional, friendly and helpful, and the survey itself was straightforward. He also recommended a slightly cheaper solution, which I appreciated.
However, I was disappointed with the follow-up. Instaloft told me they were the cheapest LoftZone installer in the UK, but I had received a genuinely competitive like-for-like quote from Amazing Lofts for the same type of raised boarding, the same quality of boards and the same hatch specification.
I felt the sales approach became a little inflexible once I explained I had found another reputable installer offering the same work for less. They also could not offer availability as quickly.
In the end, I chose Amazing Lofts, who completed the job to a very high standard at a competitive price.

My wife and I wanted some of our loft boarded for storage but also wanted to ensure all work was NHBC approved.
From survey to completion Instaloft were polite, detailed and informative in their work. The fitter was on time, clean and friendly.
Would recommend Instaloft to others.
