Mattie boarded our loft last week on a really hot day. He worked solo & was superb . He also helped us sort a problem after we had been over charged for work that didn’t need doing that had been advised & payed for.
Full marks to Mattie who worked tirelessly in the heat & did a fabulous job.

Had some loft work done in January. Really pleased with it. Picked up a snag that i called about and they came round and corrected it the same day. Couldn’t ask for more. Shout out to Chris B who was super helpful today.

Harrassment
Went online for a quote which wasn’t provided online. They called, I said I’m not interested and I’ve been called three times a day since. Pestering me. I’ve had to block two different numbers to stop them calling. It’s borderline harassment at this point.

I had my loft fitted yesterday and Instaloft dod an amazing job from start to finish. The surveyor was helpful and discussed all the best options for mu loft installation. I can't praise the Instaloft team…
I can't praise the Instaloft team highly enough. I always believe the true measure of great customer service is how a company responds when something goes wrong, and Instaloft exceeded all my expectations.
After three years, our loft hatch started to develop a fault. I sent a quick email on a Sunday evening, received a call first thing Monday, and by Wednesday afternoon the team had already replaced it and had everything working like new.
The engineers were professional, friendly, incredibly polite, and left everything spotless. They worked thoroughly and made us feel like we were their most important customer.
Outstanding customer service from start to finish. A huge 10/10 to everyone involved in this fantastic company. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Instaloft to anyone.

Harassment
We filled out an enquiry form but decided to go with another company, however, instaloft have been calling us several times a day but they only let the phone ring once or twice before hanging up and leaving a voicemail. We have reached out to them several times to stop contacting us but they proceed to harass us, we even block their numbers but they still ring on new numbers, incredibly unprofessional!

Very poor finish around hatch
I had to have a new hatch to make room for the ladder. First attempt was appalling and I complained. They sent out another man but the finish is still very poor. I initialled the form as I don’t want anything more to do with the company if that is the standard of the work. The insulation in the loft is fine.

Do NOT give them your contact details. They will NOT leave you alone. For the last few weeks they have called me everyday 2h apart from a different number, I’ve blocked every single number but 2h later, yet another call from Instaloft. I’ve asked them to stop calling, stop emailing and leave me alone and it’s turned into absolute harassment. This is the sort of vulture behaviour that you see from companies looking for vulnerable members of the public as I’ve witnessed on my parents. Leave me alone!

Faultless experience. Excellent value!
Smooth process from surveyor (Sam) to fitting. Faultless company.
I thought about boarding the loft myself but for the system InstaLoft use it wouldn’t have cost much less for materials alone and would have taken me more than one day - no brainer to get InstaLoft in to do it!
All my old insulation was bagged up and removed, the carpets were protected and hoovered well after. Excellent.
