Purchased a spare battery at a great price, unfortunately Royal Mail misplaced it, now kicks in Inglesports super customer service. When they knew I needed the battery for a headtorch I was going to use in an ultra marathon I was entered in, they pulled out all the stops and organised an incredibly fast replacement that arrived in time. Loads of fantastic and supportive communication and I cannot recommend the company highly enough.

Very good service from Inglesport. I telephoned on Saturday to enquire about a product seen on their website, following which I placed my order online. The item was delivered via Royal Mail the next day despite it being Sunday. A quality item sold at a good price. Would purchase from Inglesport again.

I inadvertently ordered the wrong size jacket which arrived in less than 24 hours. I ordered a replacement in the correct size and returned the wrong size. The replacement jacket was again delivered within 24 hours and the refund received within 48 hours of the wrong jacket being returned.

Excellent service and I will have absolutely no qualms about using this company in the future and recommending it to others.

I ordered a caving undersuit and a battery belt after getting some really good advice from one of the shop staff. I placed the order at 11:31am on Saturday and it arrived Sunday morning less than 24 hours after the order was placed. It was postage free due to the total cost of the two items which was an added bonus. Very pleased with the advice and service. Thank you.

I purchased a RAB jacket from Inglesports that was unsuitable (the hood kept blowing down). When I returned it, they flat-out refused the refund, claiming the jacket was 'designed to fit over a helmet'—a detail completely missing from their listing. When challenged, they just shrugged it off and blamed the manufacturer for the description.

They forced me to open an Amazon A-to-Z Guarantee claim to get my money back (which Amazon granted instantly). This seller attempts to circumvent UK consumer laws and takes no responsibility for their listings. Save yourself the stress and buy from a seller who actually supports their customers.

Amazing! I bought a Lifestraw bottle from them and got free express delivery (as my order was over £50) and it came as promised next day, item was packaged well, and product was a great price. I ordered a jacket at a great price from Inglesport. It was sent promptly and I received emails keeping me updated. Unfortunately it did not fit but the returns service was very straightforward and the money refunded within a few days.

I ordered a book from them for a christmas gift, and they phoned me to say that it had been on the shelf a long time and was not in good condition. They refunded my order and gave me the details of where they sourced the book from so that we could get it quicker. Excellent customer service - highly recommend this shop.
