Shocking! Ordered over a week ago and still not received my product. When I ordered it said I would receive it within 3 days! Will definitely not order from again.

Spent £40 and got nearly twice that including some products I haven't seen before including rapid detail pro which I can't wait to use. All products I've used before are brilliant aswell.

Firstly, the products purchased from Infinity Wax are of good quality, and I have no complaints about their performance.

However, secondly, the actual customer service by Infinity Wax fell shorter than I expected, especially when compared with other car detailing brands which are based in the UK.

I had an issue with a bundle order that was placed on the Infinity Wax app.
The order was placed and shipped correctly, however, the courier used (DHL) somehow damaged the package whilst it was in transit.

DHL did not communicate to me why the delivery I expected, was delayed. The tracking information received did not show DHL as the courier service, so there was another delay because I had to try and find out which courier had the package.

An email was sent to Infinity Wax detailing the problem, and yet, to date, I have still not received a reply to that email, although I have subsequently spoken to them over the phone to resolve the matter.
The call handlers that I spoke to took the appropriate actions, and in fairness to Infinity Wax, they did not quibble when offering either a refund or replacement for the items that were damaged by DHL (which I did not receive).
There was then a further delay in receiving the replacement items, bearing in mind, I had paid for 'next day delivery' in the original order, but eventually the items arrived.
I have another gripe regarding the eventual delivery of the items, but that is a matter for DHL to address (delivery driver's not following customer requests to leave items with a neighbour, not leave exposed in the garden).
What's disappointing from Infinity Wax is they did not offer any form of compensation, or even a gesture of goodwill for the delay in rectifying this issue, even as they have still not even acknowledged the email that was sent to them when I noticed something was wrong with the order/delivery.
Many people had doubts about the transferred ownership of Infinity Wax to Tetrosyl from Michael Cipriani. I reserved judgement, as most of those doubts were about the integrity of the products, not necessarily the customer service.
Although this issue has been somewhat resolved, it has slightly soured my perception of Infinity Wax, although i'm happy to give them another chance, and even a better review if the service improves, and if they change courier service to DPD who seem to be much more reliable, and have a better tracking service.

Doing this 35 years and this is the best detailer I've ever seen! And that's the truth ,! Easy to use and take off and shine. Slickness and gloss is unreal

Good usual website experience and great delivery times. Products are very high standards and that’s the reason i constantly use Infinity Wax above others. My only gripe this time was I couldn’t use the 20% off code Payday20 along side my points discount. I have earned the points by my loyalty to the company and surely should be able to use them along side and other offers that are sent through via email.

Been using Infinity Wax for a few months now, all are very impressive. So much so I have chosen they Synergy Lite to Ceramic coat my car in the coming weeks. I am very cautious when selecting a ceramic coat as obviously you are tied with it for a period of time, but Infinity Wax's other products have impressed me so I go into this with confidence.

Great products!! Fast delivery and great value compared to some other products out there.

Great product, but delivered damaged twice. Called customer services to explain first one looked opened and used sent photos as soon as delivered, they sent a replacement but this arrived badly damaged . Called customer services again, this time they asked for an order reference number which I duly provided, but no response no apology, no follow up. This used to be a great company with great support and care about their customers and their products. Now under the ownership of Tetrosyl things seemed to have rapidly declined to a typical corporate company, just ticking the box for customer care and seem far more focused on profit margins and share value and dividend focused.
