Infinity Wax Anmeldelser

Great product, communication and service only let down by DHL

Quality product at a nice price 👍

I found the customer service really poor. When I first spoke to Torri although she was very polite it was obvious that she didn’t know much about your sprayers or parts, so I asked to be transferred to someone who could help. She said that it was not possible but would arrange a call back this didn’t happen I then rang again and spoke to Suzanne who said the same, again this didn’t happen so I emailed to which I did get a response stating that you cannot call customers back. I did purchase 2 sprayers & 2 spare nozzle packs but have been sent 2 packs of washers instead and still waiting for a resolution .

Arrived today 👍🏼😀 just tried it on my car, very pleased with the results.
As for delivery company 😡

Great products, perfect for my satin PPF, highly recommend

Delivered next day, the ceramic coating I purchased was really easy to apply and buff off, work in small areas as it flashes quickly! The finish is awesome. I prepared using 2 bucket wash, clay bar, machine polish Farecla G10, panel cleaner, ceramic.

11 days ago I received damaged, defective, badly packed and missing items in my order. I immediately raised this with customers services who took 4 days to even reply. Now 11 days later they've still not done anything about it. 4 days ago I asked for instructions on how to return the items I did receive, and they have still not provided me with this information.

Very frustrating as I really wanted to ceramic coat my car ahead of Autumn /Winter, but these lost last 2 weeks (where I had ok weather and time off work), mean I now won't get a chance.

Infinity Wax ceramic coatings are known for failing, and the excuse given is that the bottle was old - but here they've sent me (sold as brand new items on their webiste), 2 coatings that were manufactured 15 months ago, had been previously opened (very bad as air gets in and makes them unuseable).

Appalling customer services - when I chase, they just blame their colleagues for not responding to them.

Easy shopping on line.Had the items in stock, Quick turn around after payment.
I was quite pleased with the above, but I already knew that as I have bought from them before. Good to see the standards have not dropped.

Good products fast delivery

Speedy and well packaged however the plastic bottle had a nasty dent on the bottom edge where it must have been dropped at some point. I expected it to leak as soon as I released the cap. Fortunately it didn’t. But it could so easily have done so. More protection needs to be paid to the bottle for transportation and handling I look forward to getting on and applying the QDX to our car”s paintwork before the winter.

As always great products, wint use anything else.

Excellent. To work with delivery good quality items

Efficient accurate quality service

I have used them multiple times. Great product and delivery on time.

First time for me detailing.
Great looking starters bundle with everything I need to get started.
Vey quick dispatch and delivery.
Looking forward to using the kit when I get time

Bought a kit to paint my brake callipers, good paint but nowhere near enough paint to paint all four callipers even though it says it will , had buy another kit at £34. Each kit to finish the job ( ( a good size paint tin turns up but with only a very small amount in the tin !!!!

Alwayss good quality products and easy to use with outstanding results

Can’t tell you very much because I haven’t gotten my delivery. I needed it for a job tomorrow. Can’t understand why the delivery man can’t just leave the package at the door??? Every other company leaves it.

Really easy website and great service and great delivery service thank again

Great trade discount, fast delivery and extremely well packed, along with synergy lite ceramic coating still going strong after a year!
