Infinity Wax Anmeldelser

Great Delivery Service Fast Fantastic Product I Bought QDX Ceramic Polish Works as per Demo Many Thanks S Barnard

The products themselves are decent but the delivery was a little disappointing. This was delayed for 2 days without any info.

Delivered on time, looks well made

Excellent service

The insect strip is the business, took off the bird muck without any issues, instantly worked. Only issue I had was with the delivery from DHL, but that's nothing to do with Infinity. Highly recommended.

Excellent easy to use SHINY!

decent product, quick delivery. Excellent price.

works well on windscreen and other windows

First order since change of company
Service as good as ever
Product over the year and still very good to use with fab results keeping my car looking great.
Love how easy to use
Delivery service also very good and polite.

It’s very good and very easy to use

Absolutely first class service every single time from Infinity Wax. Very professional always go the extra mile to help and answer all your questions and quality products at very competitive cost. Best products for me would be the ones I've tried so far full synergy range, incinerate wheel and tyre cleaner, liquefy tar remover, liquid fire fallout remover, citrus prewash, pure shampoo, Wax off is truly a pro stripper lol (not the one you get in a strip club that review would be written later) would strip for you specially if used on sealants or old waxs of some sort.. never tried on a ceramic coated car so can't comment. All in all top notch chemicals and products 👌🏼

Easy to use, desolved the gaffer taoe off my roof

Always good products: bought for my dad who raves about these car washing products and he is very happy!

Excellent products only use these products as they are quality easy to use and leaves a top class finish company good to deal with easy to use site and give good description and reasonable price and quick delivery

Contacted about delivery no reply

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Infinity Wax has been extremely disappointing.
My order was never delivered after DHL tracking incorrectly stated that delivery had been refused. I was at home at the time, and my CCTV footage confirms that no delivery attempt was made.
I contacted Infinity Wax on 14 July to explain the issue and request assistance. Despite sending multiple emails, including a formal complaint, I have received no response whatsoever. No acknowledgement, no update, and no explanation.
As a result of the complete lack of communication, I had no option but to raise a dispute with my bank, who have now issued a temporary refund while they investigate the matter.
Mistakes can happen with deliveries, but what is unacceptable is ignoring a customer who is simply trying to resolve the problem.
If Infinity Wax responds and resolves this matter, I will happily update this review. Until then, based on my experience, I cannot recommend ordering from them.

I’ve got to say every time I buy a mystery box I get the same thing over and over again. It would be nice if they put different stuff in every now and then and I’ve got to say the Cascade is absolutely rubbish.

Great product line, will definitely buy from you guy's again. Product arrived ahead of due date which is excellent. I will recommend infinity to all my friends. Both the ceramic coating and wax free wash is fantastic.
