I reached out to infinity motors after spotting a car online that I really liked the look of. I was worried that I’d loose out on the car as I wasn’t able to view until the weekend. I spoke to Shawn Pires who arranged me reserving the car (fully refundable should I have changed my mind). Viewed at the weekend and LOVED it. Shawn was very knowledgeable and ensured my concerns were addressed before I arranged to collect. All the team are fantastic, they’re a friendly bunch, not pushy and genuinely care. Special shout out to Shawn though, thank you!!

I purchased a car in February. Cannot fault the exceptional way the staff health with me. Purchasing was made easy. The staff were very professional. After a couple of weeks I then had issues with the engine management light coming on. Twice when coming back from Birmingham. It seems to be when the engine gets hot. I was told at time of purchase that even though it had done 70000 miles it had a new engine. When I got the invoice it was for a top end rebuild not a new engine. The engine management light was down to an oil leak on the cam cover and the cam belt sensor. Again they were very good. Had it fixed at a local garage and infinity motors covered the cost. Hopefully all sorted. Unfortunately I'm mid May the engine management light came on again, spoke to infinity motors, but unfortunately could not wait as needed car for work. It turns out this intermittent fault was the throttle sensor. Sometimes on sometimes off. Sometimes it was like running on two cylinders with very little power. Got local garage to clear the management light and started to run okish. I had some dates to take the car to infinity motors which I couldn't attend, even though I thought a bit strange being as the car is not running right. I now have a date to take it to Swindon for diagnostic check. Hopefully they can sort it out before I have to pursue other options. I have had the car 5 months with intermittent problems. Although after sales do contact me they can be a bit slow. Hopefully by July 17th it will be sorted!!

They have some nice cars but despite asking several times prior to agreeing to the sale, they smack you with a £300 admin fee and if you have any issues with the vehicle, the after sales process is dreadful.

We travelled 2 hours to this dealership to view a Peugeot 208, and prior to our visit we asked all relevant questions. I.e is the advertised price the actual price, is any work your doing to the vehicle included in that final advertised price etc and we were explicitly told yes. So we were frustrated to find that once we agreed to the sale and got to the point of signing a contract we were smacked with a £300 admin fee 'to cover the work that's has been done to the vehicle'. We expressed our frustration about this and we're given a 50% discount. This was not good enough considering how many times we explicitly asked prior to visiting the dealership.

Once we returned home, my partner went to drive the vehicle with the spare key we were given in the vehicle pack to find that the key didn't belong to the car. Very frustrating as it's a shared vehicle and we bought a car with two keys..

I got in touch with the dealership when they were next open to inform them and ask them if they can replace the key... I was told they would look into it and I heard nothing back. I called again for an update and they couldn't give me one. 13 days later I sent an email outlining how I would like the company to resolve the issue and the timeline I require it to be done by and had no response. Another 5 days later I phoned the company and said I would contact trading standards if this isn't sorted that day and here we are a total of 22 days after raising the issue. I phoned today expressing my frustration to be told they hadn't bothered chasing it up and asked me if I could come to them to get the key cut which was of course a no and now they are looking to cut me a standard key. The after sales process has been dire to say the least and the inconvenience this whole process has caused, you should be refunding me the £150 admin fee because not only did you scam me into that, you have caused me a copious amount of admin due to having to chase you up. 10+ phone calls and multiple emails to get no result is unacceptable.
All this situation required was someone to replace the key and keep me in the loop.

So proceed with caution when considering infinity motors to purchase your next car, and don't let them scam you into thinking they aren't going to add hidden fees.
